What is truth?
And how do you know it is truth?
How often do you judge another
Because of the truth you know about them?
But how certain are you of that truth?
And how often have you wrongly
Judged another?
Do you really know?
Dear One, how is truth perceived by you? Is it through observation? Or through scientific fact? How well do you know another? How well do you know yourself? And can you be sure that your judgment of another is based on fact, or truth? Or is it really misperception?
Certain things you know are through experience. If you place your hand on a hot stove, it will burn. If you drive your vehicles too fast on a slippery road, you may lose control and have an accident. If you make a loud noise, you may wake a sleeping babe.
These physical truths have been experienced by many and most would agree with these statements. The physical world has many common experiences of cause and effect.
It is when you rely on observation or perception leading to judgment of another that truth becomes more subjective. For your perception is skewed by your own personal experiences or your hopes for a certain outcome. Emotional attachment or lack of discretion may also cause a lack of clarity.
How often have you asked yourself ‘is what I’m seeing the whole picture?’ Can you be sure your own fears have not allowed you to judge another unfairly? And how often have you lied to yourself about how you are really feeling or perhaps what your motivations are for your actions?
We ask you all of these questions to bring to mind how challenging it is in this physical realm to know the truth. And then add to that the possibility that the ‘truth’ can change over time. For as you grow, you change your ideas and how you see the world and yourself.
How do you move forward with this conundrum of life on a physical plane? We suggest that you do not rise to judgment as quickly as you often do. For you may only know a small piece of the puzzle, see just a small part of the entire picture. Reflecting upon this, can you truly judge another with certainty?
We have invited you to cease judgment of others and replace that judgment with compassion. And the reason for this invitation is all the questions we have posed in this writing. Remember that you now do exist with a foot in both worlds, the seen and the unseen worlds.
This suggestion comes from the unseen world. It is a world where judgment does not exist. For in this world, our world, it is well-known that all are connected, all are divine and created through love. That love is all there is. We do not have the challenge of a physical form which allows misperception to occur.
And when we talk about non-judgment, we also include judging yourself. So often many of you lie to yourselves because you want to see yourself without any flaws. When in fact, often those perceived flaws are the result of being wounded and require compassion rather than judgment. Often those perceived flaws can often be strengths when used in certain situations.
Dear One, reflect upon how you see yourself and others. Indeed, if your intuition calls for certain actions, then allow your higher self to guide you forward safely and with grace. And remember that an action you regret may turn out to be the most perfect catalyst for another.
We invite you to trust your connection with the All That Is and with your higher self. We invite you to call upon all those loving beings from the unseen world for help with discernment and decisions. For you are not a solo cell in a vast ocean of nothingness. You are part of a wondrous whole constantly changing and growing because of your actions and the actions of others.
Cease the need to judge another or yourself so quickly. Understand that all are on their own journey of self-discovery. And that every action affects this world and beyond. For all are connected. And all actions provide the opportunity for growth.
Trust that help is just a request away.
Trust your higher self and intuition.
Trust that all are divinely inspired
Despite that many have lost their way.
Hold them up to their higher selves.
And ask to be held up yourself
To see yourself as you truly are………
One With All of Thee.
