Impermanence

Constant movement

Constant change

Allows for growth.

The Universe is moving forward

Bringing you and all of creation with it.

Permanent stasis is not an option.

Dear One, it is impossible for you to remain the same day after day. As we mentioned before, all of creation is in constant movement and this includes you. It may not be obvious to you for the forces may be working on your subconscious or superconscious. But movement is occurring within and around you every moment of your day.

The concept of impermanence is well- known in your world, though many still do not accept this as truth. It is apparent in the cycle of life and for those who live in nature, it is seen every day as the Mother replenishes and changes throughout the day. Just as the ocean ebbs and flows with its waves caressing the shore, so too, does life move through and around you constantly.

Pain and suffering is impermanent, unless you choose to hold it close to you throughout your life. So too, joy can be impermanent, unless you choose to see the wonder, the beauty in all that crosses your path. The bloom of a flowering plant lasts only so long, a youthful body ages daily and loved ones come into your life and often leave to pursue their own dreams.

Dear One, when a moment in your life is particularly challenging, can you remind yourself that it soon will pass, unless you choose to weave your story around the incident. The ebullient high that comes from a joyous occasion may not continue in that intensity, although a softened, calmer version may remain with you for a long time.

The intensity of any emotion, be it joy or pain, is just a blip on the chart of your life. Moments like these can strengthen you or provide you with respite from other challenges that are present. Living with such extremes of expression is difficult to maintain in this human existence. But understanding that ‘this too will pass’ may provide solace, particularly when the pain is so great. The residue will remain, but at a more tolerable intensity enabling you to better process your life with more clarity.

Knowing that life can change in an instant may be incentive for you to appreciate that which you have in your life at this very moment. Lessons are presented to you daily to encourage you to move forward in grace. Whether you choose to take those lessons and learn from them is up to you. But remember that this life in your physical realm is offered as a learning ground for you. And so, if you choose not to learn a particular lesson at this time, rest assured that it will be presented to you again. For this is why you are here.

Dear One, one thing that is permanent and never-changing is the love that is within you and around you. If you have not felt it within, know that it is there, patiently waiting for an opportunity to emerge and envelop you in all of its light. The love that surrounds you never fades. It may just not be obvious to you through the haze of your suffering. Can you part that fog and embrace this love that is ever-present aching to be accepted by you when you are ready?

So how can you best live a life in a world of duality and impermanence? Recognize that you are a being created in love. And the difficult times that arise in your life are there to show you that you can survive them and often be changed by them into a stronger and more compassionate person. So too, the duality of life, within and around you, exists to help you grow. It provides opportunities to accept the shadow side of yourself and to understand that you are loved in spite of, because of, and for who you are.

Dear One, walk in love throughout your day. And if it is difficult, extend your hand to Us and We shall help you navigate the rocky path upon which you find yourself. It is impermanent and will change, as does everything here in this physical world.

Understand that the intensity,

Be it joy or pain,

Will diminish.

Understand that you have the strength

To persevere

No matter what.

And understand that you are

A being of light and love.

Dear One With All of Thee.

Growing Pains

Just as physical growth

May cause some discomfort

So too, spiritual growth

May do the same.

But know the end result will be wondrous.

Dear One, growth comes with its own process and often discomfort. Spiritual learning may cause you to reflect upon issues long buried deep within your being. And it is the brave soul who allows these issues to percolate and emerge for reflection and release.

The human psyche is well developed to allow you to move forward despite many hurts or disappointments. And often this is done by burying those feelings so that you are able to survive the moment and carry on.

But eventually, especially if you have opened to your spiritual path, these long-forgotten feelings must be brought to the surface to be faced with love and forgiveness. For they sub-consciously affect how you walk through your world even though you do not remember them. What was initiated as a protective measure for you may become an anchor holding you back from further progress upon your path.

It takes courage and faith to allow these feelings to surface and we encourage you to seek help or counsel if you are struggling with what is emerging. It is a part of the process of the cleansing of the soul which will allow more light to emerge as a result.

Dear One, if this is happening to you, it means you are ready, you are strong enough, you have the support to allow this process to continue. Trust in yourself and do not attempt to over-analyze what is occurring. It is more helpful to focus upon what you are feeling rather than what your mind is thinking. For the human condition in many cultures encourages thinking over feeling. And it is time to recognize your feelings and allow them to be heard.

The world is changing, the universe is expanding, and all sentient beings are affected by what is occurring. There are many upon this plane who are very aware of this and who are working very hard to help others to raise their vibrations to ease any discomfort these changes bring to them.

If you are struggling, reach out to others whom you trust. If you have come to the other side of those growth spurts, reach out to those who are confused about what is occurring in their lives. Remember, all are connected. And as one person works through long-forgotten issues, all others gain. This is because you all have similar issues, with varying degrees of intensity, but still they are universal across the human condition.

As you continue to grow, and indeed you will and are growing, love and compassion will become a more natural response to incidents which occur in your life. This includes self-love and self-realization of how far you have come in this earthly life of yours.

It will include compassion for others as you begin to reflect upon the common traits of the human condition and how the spectrum is affected by the level of personal awakening of each person. You will begin to reflect upon how you speak to others, how you listen to others and how you act toward others.

This is in your future, Dear One. But it requires effort on your part, and some discomfort, as discomfort usually goes hand-in-hand with growth. However, you must remember that you are not alone in this. Many others are experiencing the same as you. And you have much help available to you from both the seen and the unseen worlds. Reach out; either for help or to give help. It is all connected and each person’s progress will affect you also.

You are a being of light

Brave enough to live in a world of duality

Where the lessons can be challenging

But not insurmountable.

Help surrounds you

Reach out and take it.

For you are loved and respected

Beyond measure

Dearest One With All of Thee.

How Do You Remember?

how to remember

Memories are flavored with emotion

And emotion can affect discernment.

Can you be sure that your memory of an event

Is exactly how it happened?

Dear One, there are so many things to consider when you reflect upon an event in your life. Did the emotional charge of the event affect the attempted communication at the time? What was your contribution; was it purely unemotional or did you add to the emotional charge with your actions?

Have you ever reflected upon a prior event and looked at it from another’s perspective? Can you distance yourself enough from what occurred to view it from a higher perspective? Are you able to see all points of view and the lessons for everyone involved?

Dear One, every person who crosses your path provides you with an opportunity for personal growth. Perhaps they remind you of another with whom you continue to have unresolved issues. In truth, your current reaction may have nothing to do with the one present in the moment, but with someone from your past.

Can you reflect upon past events and honestly look at how your actions affected the others involved? It is so easy to feel wronged or wounded or judgmental about others. And of course, you expect others to act in a way similar to how you would act. But, Dear One, take a step back and consider another’s place of origin, their place in the world.

Can you find enough compassion for another to reflect upon their point of view, their personal history and their wounded self? Can you see the Divine within all who cross your path? Just as you chose this life to learn certain lessons, so did all who are embodied at this time. In fact, many have, out of love for you, agreed to interact with you in a certain way when you crossed paths here upon this physical plane.

Human emotion is such a driving force and fear is one of the strongest emotions you feel as you inhabit these physical forms. For indeed, you are unable to see the web of connection, to remember the agreements made prior to incarnation for lessons to learn.

Step back a moment, breathe, and allow the emotion that rises from your belly to have its moment in time and then release it. This may take multiple attempts, but it is possible. Then focus upon your heart and find the love that resides there at all times. Awaken it, if you feel it has laid dormant within, and fill your entire being with its warm glow. Then send that love outward to all close and far. Blanket this world and beyond with the infinite amount of love that resides within you. For remember, that your heart is connected to the All, to the Source of limitless love.

As you continue to reflect and allow the emotion to dissipate, you will eventually reach a place of forgiveness, for yourself and the others involved. Upon continued reflection and growth, you may begin to understand the lesson involved for you or for another and see how each of you act as a catalyst for change for another. Over time, you will reach a point of gratitude for what occurred as you begin to see how it provided you with an opportunity for growth.

Remember, that change and growth often are the result of suffering. It may begin with love for another. And it can also end with love for each other, after the emotion has dissolved and the lesson is learned.

Dear One, this journey is for you. Others are in your life to help you along your path, just as you are here to help them. You may never realize the true nature of an event but have faith that it will always provide you with an opportunity for growth.

Be still and allow the compassion within to emerge

Compassion for yourself and for others.

For you all are here to help and guide each other forward.

Be gentle with yourself and with others

As you navigate this school of love.

Remember that love surrounds you.

Always.

Dear One With All of Thee.

A Wondrous Life

Live from your heart.

Allow the memories of your true nature

To flow into your conscious mind.

And begin to understand the wonder

Of this physical existence.

Dear One, you have come here, into this physical plane, to experience the wonder of an emotional life. A life filled with opportunities to experience a broad range of emotions from intense joy to debilitating sorrow.

You ask how this can be so wondrous when many of these emotions cause pain and suffering. And yet, if you were to review your life, you would find times when the pain and suffering you experienced allowed you to grow. Upon reflection, you would remember the times when the painful situation you experienced caused you to take a great leap forward.

Perhaps you came to realize that your perception of yourself or of another was inaccurate and you were able to see things as they truly are. Perhaps having gone through your own painful experience, you decided to take action so that others would not have that same experience. Or perhaps your experience caused you to redirect your life and lead you down the path you were meant to take; the path that would bring much joy to yourself and to others.

These times of adversity are stepping stones to the path of personal enlightenment, to the path of discovering who you truly are. Deep passions or unrecognized gifts surface through the mist of suffering or challenging times. Inner strength, humility, or a sense of purpose arises through the turbulence of great emotion. Complacency is replaced by action and involvement. Gratitude and forgiveness emerge as you better understand the lives of others through similar experiences. And you begin to recognize that this life’s journey of yours touches many others as their lives touch yours.

It is impossible for you to travel this human experience alone. Even life as a hermit, physically isolated from others, cannot prevent the energetic connections that traverse continents and universes from reaching you. You, Dear One, are but one string on a universal instrument of love that crosses dimensions. Your own vibration contributes to the song of the Universe in a way no other can.

The wonder of this life is in the potential for personal growth and self-realization. This occurs while you are surrounded by beauty and embraced by the loving arms of your guides as they encourage you forward. You, Dear One, came here to learn in a way not possible in any other realm. And no matter the outcome, you will be welcomed back with gratitude and love.

When you feel intense emotion, allow it to flow through you. Do not force it back into the recesses of your mind. Allow it to flow until it is spent. Do not act on it. Just allow it to flow and ask for help in moving through it. When it has passed, rest and give your physical body time to recover from the release of that energy.

For it is during this time of rest that you are open to hearing our words and our guidance. This is the time when the clarity will come, when the turbulence of emotion has passed. This is the time when you are more open to the realization of your own Divinity through the process of release and rest.

When you open your eyes once again, look for the beauty surrounding you in the song of a bird, a ray of sunshine or the caress of a loved one. And be aware of the synchronous occurrences at this time of redirection. For this is the most opportune time for a gentle redirection as your mind has released that which it has held onto for so long. Empty your mind of all thought. And allow the grace of your higher self to filter into your consciousness and guide you forward.

Dear One, your life here has purpose and each breath allows opportunity for more growth, be it through action, redirection or rest. Every perceived mistake is just another teaching moment for either you or another. Forgive yourself. Forgive others and see the wonder in this physical existence. See the beauty not only in that which surrounds you, but also the beauty that comes from within you.

We see it.

And it is wondrous.
