The wondrous being

That you are.

Dear One, do not hold yourself back from your power any longer. For it resides within you. And the rising vibrations upon this plane are forging your path ahead of you. The path to walk with your own power awakened. The power of the Divine. The power of connection. The power of change. You are the conduit. You are the vehicle. Accept this truth and trust what you can do through love and connection.

Your heart within stirs with excitement as the Universe is in constant connection with it, urging it to open further. To allow the increasing vibrations upon this plane to guide you forward. This is why you are here at this time, Dear One. And the Universe sings with joy at the possibilities that await this world. The possibilities that come through your awakening.

Feel the quickening of your heart as it answers the call. It has been in conversation with the All throughout your physical lifetime. It is only now that your conscious mind is beginning to understand the purpose of your human existence.

Look back through your life and see how far you have come. How much you have grown. The strength you have found within through the many challenges you have faced and survived. The best is yet to come and it comes because of you.

You are the conduit between heaven and earth. You are now open to receiving much more knowledge than possible in the past. That is due to the rising frequencies and the help of all those who have descended to this earthly plane to guide you.

Fear is no longer necessary for an awakened being, which you are. Love is the only path forward. See past the pettiness of the human nature and look within the hearts of all who cross your path. For within those hearts lies the divine nature which is the source of your power. All will come into this realization in their own time, in their own way.

The spark has been fanned through the love of the Divine to a brilliant flame which is visible across realms. The future is here and it is wondrous. Indeed, have compassion for the suffering that continues to exist here upon this plane. Send loving thoughts and compassionate actions towards those still living in fear.

But also look past and observe the changes that are occurring around you. For indeed, they are occurring and by being acknowledged they will increase in power and strength. Look higher and contribute your own light to the light that is shining brighter every day around this globe.

Change is here. It has arrived and it will grow exponentially with your contributions. This massive explosion of change was not possible in the past. But enough of you have awakened, have accepted the possibility, if not yet the fact, that the power lies within you through your loving connection with the Divine. That Divine which exists within every beating heart upon this physical plane.

Chaos precedes change, always. And understand that the greater the chaos, the closer this plane is to the end result. There is no turning back, for too many have awakened and that is so wondrous to see. Yes, there will be resistance to change. You see it all around you.

But also see the light that exists behind that resistance. So much light. So much love. So much power ready to move this plane forward and upward. You are the cause of this change. You are the reason for the celebrations around the Universe. You are the conduits and you are moving forward much quicker than you realize.

Pay attention. See the synchronicities that will guide you forward. Pause throughout your day to breathe and consciously connect with the Oneness. Remember your dreams and listen for the guidance that is being given to you throughout your day. You are more open, more receptive than ever before.

Know the value of your presence here upon this plane at this time. Accept that and no longer timidly say I am only one person, what can I do? For you can move mountains. You have already begun to do so. Believe and accept this truth, oh Dear Embodiment of the Divine.

The power lies within you

It has always been there

Waiting for this moment in time.

Accept your power

And use it for the highest good.

Accept this truth, Dear One.

And see the changes in this world

Already occurring because of you.

Prayer Circle:

Much gratitude to all who are participating in the prayer circle. I am not the only one who is feeling the power of this connection of so many hearts focusing on sending love out to this world. And that brings me much joy. I will sit at 9PM EST this evening, Sunday, to join with all who participate. Once again, do it at a time most convenient to you and I’m certain our loving thoughts will still connect.

See love and light shining on every dark corner of this world. However you envision it, be it falling gently or glowing brightly or sending warmth to all in its path. Use the power within your own heart to connect with others with a common focus. Let us envision a better world.

This week I have been praying for all those who go hungry, who are starving, without enough food to survive. I think of those in Afghanistan and the Middle East, in northern Africa, in the Philippines and across this globe. They could be your neighbors who are quietly going to bed hungry.

And I thank you with all of my heart for acknowledging and using the power within to join forces to change this world. Many, many blessings to you.

Dear One, imagine yourself in the center of the sacred spiral as it gently spins loving energies around you. Expanding outward to encompass all upon this physical plane. And beyond. Connecting all in the sacred breath of the Source who is ever present in your life, in your world.

Your creation began as an idea. A reflection of the extension of the Source. By expanding into defining situations through you, the Oneness continues on a journey of self-realization.

You are a part of that expansion and your self-realization adds to the experiences of the Oneness, the All That Is. For Dear One, nothing is static. Energy flows and your life contributes to the growth of the All. The Ever-Powerful grows and matures because of you.

Consider extending your hand into a dark chamber not knowing what to expect. What will you feel as you move your fingertips along unknown surfaces? Exploring a new experience while the rest of your body remains steadfast in its homeplace.

You are those fingertips of the All, bringing back new experiences and self-knowledge. Understand that the Source is constantly growing and changing, with each breath that you take. Because of you. And understand that there are many layers of existence between the lower energies of the physical plane and that of the Source. All exploring, all growing and learning together, connected with each other, with you and with the All That Is.

How do you know what your reaction might be if you do not allow yourself that new experience of life? New experiences provide you with unlimited growth. The safe monotony of a life unextended is a life not fully lived.

Yes, time for reflection is needed. Time for healing. Time for rest and meditation. But do not anchor in safe harbors longer than required. Instead, open full sails and take on the next challenge with faith and trust in yourself and in your connection to the All.

Allow your intuition to guide you for which path to choose next, for the timing of each action. For as we mentioned, your timeline does not only affect you, but all involved. And all must be coordinated for the highest good of all concerned. Allow the sacred spiral to place you in perfect harmony with the All.

Dear One, life here upon this plane has a purpose. YOUR life has a purpose and any challenges you encounter will build strength and compassion for the next step on your path. For as you experience your personal challenges, you will better understand the lives of others, like and yet unlike you.

See yourself in the eyes of others. Honor their noble journey forward through an often-rocky terrain. Rather than judge them harshly, offer a hand of support or a prayer for a safe and loving journey. Learn from them as they learn from their observations of you and your life.

Close your eyes and feel the connection you have with all that surrounds you. See yourself in the center of that sacred spiral and give gratitude for the love that swirls around you. Contribute your own sparks of love to the spiral and send them outward to others.

Send love rather than judgment. Observe and learn. But take action when moved to do so. Be aware of lifting others up by connecting their hearts to the All. For many have forgotten how to do this consciously, though they have never been abandoned. Yet that lifeline provides strength and resolve.

Move forward with faith, in thyself and in the All. Open your heart and your mind to the endless possibilities of life experiences. Follow your heart while listening to your intuition to keep you steady and safe.

Do not doubt yourself for you are an extension of the All That Is. Reflect upon the truth of that and be that conduit between heaven and earth. Remember that you are love incarnate with power yet to unfurl.

Trust yourself and the All That Is.

Practice patience

And love yourself

And all who cross your path.

In service to the All.

Dear One, can you accept the true essence of who you are? An embodied being of light who has come to be in service to the All. Sharing your light, experiencing life in a physical plane and sharing the lessons learned. You are a wondrous being who has forgotten your true nature. One of love and immeasurable power when used in service to the All.

The challenges that you face only add to the knowledge shared with the collective consciousness. These challenges allow the Oneness to grow exponentially as the All That Is also experiences your life through every breath that you take.

The connection runs in both directions. As the All That Is experiences your life, so too, you are capable of using the power of the love of the Universe to take your next step. You have the choice to move forward in love or in fear.

When you choose love, you are expanding the strength of the cord of connection between you and All of Creation. The pulses of light flow freely and with great speed and carry the power, the strength of the Oneness into your entire being.

When you choose fear, that pulse is dampened by the lowering of the vibrational field around you. The flow of inspiration and power, strength and love, is slowed as the frequencies must be adjusted to match your lower vibration.

Dear One, this is a world of experience beyond that of any other realm available to you for your personal growth. The density of this physical plane provides greater challenges for you in remembering who you truly are. Adjustments are being made to your physical bodies as you sleep to help you raise your own vibrations higher than before.

The timbre of the lessons has been taken to a higher level as the veil has thinned between realms for this current awakening to occur. You are gently being guided forward. And if you allow your heart to open you will feel some relief from the strain of this physical plane.

Allow each inbreath to pull energies simultaneously from above and below into your heart area. And on each outbreath send those same energies outward from your heart through your crown and the soles of your feet. For you, Dear One, are a conduit between worlds and this bellows breath will help you to maintain a better balance as you navigate through your day.

Oh, the wonder, the majesty of the power of all of you doing this breathing exercise in unison! It will help you maintain a better connection and open your heart to the possibilities, the power of love. For love comes not only from above, from the heavens, but also from below, from the Mother, who supports you every day.

Can you begin to change the way you see your presence in this world? Not as a human, separate from all that appears before you. But as an energetic being who vibrates in sync with all of your surroundings. The higher the vibration of this physical plane, the more sensitive you shall become to your surroundings.

Remove yourself from that which makes you uncomfortable. Send loving energies to all who cross your path. And when your mind attempts to bring in negative thoughts, tell it that you choose peace instead.

You are living in a holographic classroom filled with an infinite number of possibilities to learn, to grow and to expand that knowledge out into the Universe.

You, Dear One, have the power to change how you see your world. And your viewpoint will change the vibration of your physical body and your surroundings. Many have done what they could and have chosen to make their transitions to continue their service from another realm. For life is eternal, Dear One. And there is beauty to be shared in every experience.

Choose to see a life of love,

Of power,

Of beauty and joy.

You are a part of the All

Dear One, our goal is to help you to remember who you really are. Our only purpose is to guide you forward into the light. Not the outward light, but the inner light, which shines so brightly. The light that is clouded by fear. You are the I AM.

Begin each meditation with these words and connect to your Source, to your higher self, to the magnificence which lives within your physical body.

This fragile frame which houses your very soul is just an outward casing, a tool to help you on your journey of self-discovery. All that you see before you is only an illusion created for your journey. The path moves in all directions. It matters not which way you turn, for all paths lead back to your true self, the I AM.

All that occurs in your life, all synchronistic occurrences, all challenges, all beauty, all of these are placed before you to encourage you to see and remember who you truly are. The trials come to encourage the mastery of the mind with its repetition of self-judgment, misguided beliefs and fear of lack. The truth lies within, deep within, and that truth is beginning to awaken. Ready to peck its way out of its casing to spread its wings in glory and light.

You, Dear One, are who you have been waiting for to better your life. It is not in the hands of anyone else. You are the creator of your world. And it begins with clarity of vision. Through which lens do you view your world? How long do you allow that mind of yours to repeat the same story? Do you understand that the story you created about yourself is not the true nature of who you are?

How often do you tell this story to others upon first meeting? This is who I am, you tell them with elaborate stories of past hurts, challenges and achievements. You have not yet understood that all are One. How the steps you have taken in your own life are felt by others, many of whom you will never meet.

The connection allows the ‘success’ of one be the ‘success’ of the All. And yet, so many gather perceived wealth in order to live the good life. But, Dear One, does this illusion of wealth bring you joy as you hold it close, worried that someone may take it from you? True wealth has nothing to do with the physical possessions and status that many of you seek.

True wealth comes from within. A joy that is possible and shared by all of creation, if only better understood by Thee. The I AM of which you are has no need of anything but the sacred connection to the All. This is true wealth and it lives within each and every one of you from the moment you are born into embodiment upon this plane.

Dear One, to help with your own awakening, repeat the I AM at the beginning of your quiet times.

What is needed at this time is connection. The feelings of isolation are just illusions. But very powerful illusions in this physical world. This is why we honor Thee so much for choosing this path of remembrance to contribute to the expansion of the All.

Tend Thy physical body, for it is fragile and requires loving maintenance. But reflect upon the strength of your connection to the All of Creation. Consider how reaching out with an open heart will combine strengths and allow others to awaken more quickly and gently.

Listen with your heart. Be open to the love and support which surrounds you. Give gratitude for all that you have, for Dear One, you have more than you need. Much abundance and love surround you.

Ask for help. As you awaken, this will become easier, for you will begin to understand the flow of love that comes to you every moment of your day.

We are here to guide you, but can only do so much without your permission. For without free will this chosen life of yours would be nulled.

Awaken, Dear One, to the matrix of strength and support of which you are a part. Trust, yourself and this connection. For as more and more of you open your hearts, the combined strength, the combined light, will move this physical plane upward and outward. Expanding beyond the limitations of a physical world into a world of joy and connection.

Awaken.

Accept your true nature.

Connect to the All

And shed the cloak of fear

Dear One, realize that you have the power, the strength and the resolve, to change your world from this moment on. See yourself through our eyes; one connected to the All with all the knowledge and strength of the Oneness. It lies within you. Allow it to emerge from its dormancy. Allow it to emerge with all of its passion and love, and begin to change the world.

The time is now, Dear One, for you to take that leap of faith, in yourself and in the All. The time is now for you to move forward in love. The time is now for you to recognize that flame of love which lives within you. The time is now for change and you are the instrument of Universal growth.

The experiences that you have had in your lifetime have only made you stronger. You are here today, living and breathing and reflecting because you know that there is something more, something more than you have been taught.

That something more is the power within you. That something more is the strength that comes with your connection to the All. That something more is the love that is yearning to emerge from within your heart.

You are one of the leaders of this change. You have been searching and the answer reflects back to you when you look in a mirror. See past that physical form as it melts away and look within at the brilliant light which is your true essence. The human form is just a vehicle for you to use for this physical lifetime. And it serves you well. It has been designed especially for you to give you the experiences required on your journey.

And now you have reached a place where you can begin to change your life, your world. You are not alone in this, Dear One. You are surrounded by many loving beings who are guiding you forward. You are joined by many sharing this lifetime with you for the same purpose; to learn and to grow. They need not be geographically near to you to help you take that first step. Remember the energetic web of connection that joins the All.

Sit, acknowledge the presence of others, just like you, who are reaching for the stars, who are yearning for change. Sit and reach out to them from your heart and connect with them this day and every day forth. The power within you connected to the power of others who are awakening is beyond your imagination. That power resides in love and the sharing of that love across continents, across realms, throughout the Universe.

You are the element of change, Dear One. It begins with you and you are NOT alone. Take comfort in that. Take comfort in the truth that there are many others, just like you, who are beginning to reach out to you to combine the power of love.

These are not the loud ones who speak across the airwaves. These are the quiet ones who reach across the waves of love and connection. They are the silent ones, quietly doing their work as you will do. No formal recognition, no celebrity acclaim, just a loving connection with you and the All.

Do not doubt this, Dear One, for you are a part of this movement of love and connection. Reach out and feel the energies of love that resonate within and around you. This is who you truly are and you are joined by multitudes of others on the same path. Reach forward for help to those ahead of you and extend your hand behind to help bring others forward.

This journey has never been a solo journey. And now is the time to recognize the camaraderie that you have with so many others sharing their love unconditionally.

What of …Joy?

Happiness is a human condition.
Joy is universal.
Accept your place in the universe
And allow joy to fill your entire being.

What you do not yet understand, dear one, is that joy is a given for you. It is a part of your natural make-up as a child of the universe. It lives and breathes within you, waiting for a moment to appear in your daily human life. Waiting to fill your entire being with that part of yourself that you deny.

For you are larger, greater, capable of more than you have ever imagined in your human mind. As most of you still focus on the human condition, you have not yet allowed your true self to emerge. For perhaps you cannot accept your own internal brilliance. Perhaps you feel unworthy because of your present human condition. Perhaps you have not yet grasped the true nature of your being.

Dear one, there is no separation between you and the All. You are not separate. Sit back and ponder this for a moment and what this means for you.

In your true form, you are a brave and courageous soul who has chosen to embody on this earthly plane. The lessons that you learn here are in addition to the knowledge that you already have from another time, another plane. The lessons that you learn here are for the growth of the All, not just for you in this human form. You need not strive to be perfect. You already ARE perfect.

The joy of you is clouded by the human condition. The joy of you is masked by the perceived limitations within your human form. The joy of you is ready to burst forth in its brilliance at your moment of awakening.

Can you not see how the awakening of all embodied souls will change the way of being on this plane? There is no judgment of you for anything that you do here upon this plane. There is only gratitude for your choice to come and contribute to the growth of the entire universe.

Do not huddle in the corner with worry of your own unworthiness. This is who you truly are. Which is why there is so much joy surrounding you and everything that you do. You are not only a child of the universe, you are a teacher for the universe as you discover new ways of being on this earthly journey.

As you come to this realization, you will better understand how you are working WITH us, not for us. For we are all in this together. And all will reap the benefits from any and all of your experiences here upon this plane. From all of your experiences.

So worry not of your condition, your life.
Embrace your true identity and allow your brilliance to shine.
There are no wrong steps, only forward steps.
Back to the Source with the knowledge gained from this journey.

Understand the joy of who you are.
Understand the joy within and around you.
Feel our love and admiration for you.

Only love.
