Dear One, the time is now for all of thee to take a major step forward on your path. Can you trust that which you cannot see? Are you able to take a leap of faith that all you require will be provided in the most perfect form? Will you answer the call from thy internal voice beckoning you forward gently, gently, gently?

Understand that there is much occurring of which you have no conscious knowledge. Just as your physical world continues to evolve in areas you have not seen or visited. So too, exponential change is also occurring on other planes of existence beyond your imagination.

You, Dear One, are a part of this. For you are One With All of Thee. And there is a part of you which does know and recognize the forward movement that is occurring at this very moment. That knowledge, that connection lies within your heart. For this is the center of all Universal activities. Can you fathom that the Universe does not live outside of you, but INSIDE of you, in your heart, connected to all of Creation.

Expand your mind and acknowledge that there are an infinite number of possibilities for your life and for the life of all you love. Do not place limits on the forward progress by assuming you know what is the best path forward. For these limits come from your mind and not your heart.

For generations, your world has existed and grown through the guidance of your mind. And great strides have been made through many wondrous inventions and ways of life that have enhanced your physical existence here upon this plane.

But the guidance of the mind is not as important at this time when you now live with a foot in both worlds, the unseen and seen worlds. In order to move forward as is needed for the expansion of the Universe, it is now time for you to listen to the guidance from your heart area. This is the Universal Mind showing you the best way forward for the All That Is.

Do not underestimate the power of your existence. You have lived so long under a caste system where you believed that status created power. It is time to accept the truth that All are One. All are Equal for all are a part of the whole. With different gifts, different functions to move the Collective Consciousness forward.

You are a piece of the soul, the body of Gaia, an individual cell with important tasks to perform. Honor your place in this wondrous being and honor all others who have their own tasks to do as well. Remember that it is the heart that now rules the mind and not vice versa. Expand your thinking to accept this concept. And allow the truth to unfurl within your heart to guide you forward from this moment on.

Dear One, what has been set in motion cannot be stopped. Your perceived perfect outcome is not the way for you do not see the entirety of being from your perspective. Can you trust that you are a part of a wondrous leap forward? You, yes you, Dear One, are held in gratitude for being an important part of this movement.

Connect with your heart and with the All during times of quiet, mediation, reflection and prayer. The more often you practice this, the easier it will become for you to hear the guidance being sent your way. Be aware of those synchronous moments in your life which are there to guide you forward.

Be present in your heart as much as possible. Practice quieting your mind so that it does not wander into past or future moments. For it is only the NOW which matters, which exists in truth. The rest, the past and the future, are only figments of your imagination formed in your mind.

Walk today and from this moment on with the knowledge that the way forward is being laid before you. Have faith that the equilibrium you crave already exists. Open your heart and allow the truth of your existence to be freed for you to see and understand.

Constant movement

Constant change

Allows for growth.

The Universe is moving forward

Bringing you and all of creation with it.

Permanent stasis is not an option.

Dear One, it is impossible for you to remain the same day after day. As we mentioned before, all of creation is in constant movement and this includes you. It may not be obvious to you for the forces may be working on your subconscious or superconscious. But movement is occurring within and around you every moment of your day.

The concept of impermanence is well- known in your world, though many still do not accept this as truth. It is apparent in the cycle of life and for those who live in nature, it is seen every day as the Mother replenishes and changes throughout the day. Just as the ocean ebbs and flows with its waves caressing the shore, so too, does life move through and around you constantly.

Pain and suffering is impermanent, unless you choose to hold it close to you throughout your life. So too, joy can be impermanent, unless you choose to see the wonder, the beauty in all that crosses your path. The bloom of a flowering plant lasts only so long, a youthful body ages daily and loved ones come into your life and often leave to pursue their own dreams.

Dear One, when a moment in your life is particularly challenging, can you remind yourself that it soon will pass, unless you choose to weave your story around the incident. The ebullient high that comes from a joyous occasion may not continue in that intensity, although a softened, calmer version may remain with you for a long time.

The intensity of any emotion, be it joy or pain, is just a blip on the chart of your life. Moments like these can strengthen you or provide you with respite from other challenges that are present. Living with such extremes of expression is difficult to maintain in this human existence. But understanding that ‘this too will pass’ may provide solace, particularly when the pain is so great. The residue will remain, but at a more tolerable intensity enabling you to better process your life with more clarity.

Knowing that life can change in an instant may be incentive for you to appreciate that which you have in your life at this very moment. Lessons are presented to you daily to encourage you to move forward in grace. Whether you choose to take those lessons and learn from them is up to you. But remember that this life in your physical realm is offered as a learning ground for you. And so, if you choose not to learn a particular lesson at this time, rest assured that it will be presented to you again. For this is why you are here.

Dear One, one thing that is permanent and never-changing is the love that is within you and around you. If you have not felt it within, know that it is there, patiently waiting for an opportunity to emerge and envelop you in all of its light. The love that surrounds you never fades. It may just not be obvious to you through the haze of your suffering. Can you part that fog and embrace this love that is ever-present aching to be accepted by you when you are ready?

So how can you best live a life in a world of duality and impermanence? Recognize that you are a being created in love. And the difficult times that arise in your life are there to show you that you can survive them and often be changed by them into a stronger and more compassionate person. So too, the duality of life, within and around you, exists to help you grow. It provides opportunities to accept the shadow side of yourself and to understand that you are loved in spite of, because of, and for who you are.

Dear One, walk in love throughout your day. And if it is difficult, extend your hand to Us and We shall help you navigate the rocky path upon which you find yourself. It is impermanent and will change, as does everything here in this physical world.

Understand that the intensity,

Be it joy or pain,

Will diminish.

Understand that you have the strength

To persevere

No matter what.

And understand that you are

A being of light and love.

Dear One With All of Thee.

Do you see it?

Can you feel it?

You are on the cusp of change.

Do not allow fear to detain you any longer.

For it is time to remove your blinders

And see clearly once again.

Dear One, you are on the cusp of change. Feel it, see it, hear it, taste it. For it is there in the wings, awaiting your introduction to bring it centerstage in your life. Draw back the curtains and invite it forward in all of its glory, with all of its empowerment and with its knowledge flowing forth from deep within you.

You have seen much in these years spent on this physical plane. Much of it has been challenging to watch, to experience. And yet, if you did not see the darkness, how could you yearn for the light? The duality has been necessary for you to mark the contrast between the extremes of existence. You have experienced both and you have emerged wounded, yet emboldened with the realization of which path you choose as you continue your journey.

You are on the cusp of understanding the purpose of your existence here upon this plane. Just as a young babe takes those first unsteady steps with conviction, so too, you have chosen to continue the journey in spite of being unsure of what lies ahead. You have come so far.

Honor how far you have come. Honor the scars you may have accumulated in the process. Honor the strength that has allowed you to forge through despite the challenges. And honor the lessons which filled you with the desire for a better life, a gentler life, a life of love over fear.

Breathe deeply and allow that breath of yours to carry you yet further on your journey. For that breath will bring with it the knowledge that stirs deep within you, ready to emerge to guide you forward. That breath connects you to every other organism upon this physical plane which breathes in unison with you.

Honor the connection you have with others. Can you raise your perspective and see the beauty of the movement of all of physical existence in unison? Just as your winged creatures create glorious forms above you as they move in mass, in synchrony. Many connected as one in forward movement. So too, with you. Connected as one, you are the creative juices flowing through the veins of the Mother.

For you to see this unity in form, your perspective must be from a higher vantage point. You are at the cusp, Dear One, ready to raise your own vibrations so that you are able to see the Oneness of All. You are threads on the same tapestry of life. You are molecules of life moving in and out, betwixt and among all other sentient beings. You are not one island in a sea of angst, but an archipelago connected and solidly grounded beneath the visible lines of sight.

You are on the cusp of great change and this truth brings shudders of joy and excitement throughout the Universe. Listen for that voice within which shall guide you forward. Feel the loving embrace which gently picks you up and rights you when you stumble. See kindred spirits revealing themselves through the eyes of your fellow travelers. If they show fear and trepidation, extend your hand out to them and embrace them with all of your being.

Love, self-awareness and shared experiences are propelling you forward on this journey of remembrance. And with each new day, a spark of recognition of truth, your truth, the Universal truth, will flare within you. You are ready for this. You have covered many miles to reach this point in your journey and you stand on the cusp of remembrance, of change.

Take the risk. Take the leap. Know that a safety net is always there for you in the loving embrace which concurrently cradles you with affection while gently urging you forward. Forward to freedom from your old ways of being.

Trust yourself and the process of your remembrance.

Love yourself and all who share this journey with you.

Embrace what is coming and see it only through the filters of love.

Love deeply and unconditionally.

Feel the joy and freedom of self-awareness.

And know peace, Dear One.

There is a brilliant light descending upon you this day

It comes as raindrops of brilliant colors

Filled with love and joy.

Allow yourself to be covered in this essence of love and light.

Dear One, within you is a spectrum of brilliant light of colors not detectable by the human eye. This is your true nature and it yearns to show itself to you and to the world. In order to help with this, the heavens are showering you at this very moment with more of that light. What fills you within now blankets your frame, a loving brilliant light.

This light is composed of love. The frequency at which it vibrates is the frequency of love. Can you feel it within you now? Can you feel the droplets of love, of joy, gently caressing your skin at this very moment? Look up. Can you see the shower of descending light covering your planet as a blanket of snow? Gently, quietly, completely.

See this miracle of love in your mind’s eye, for your human senses will not be able to detect this transformation occurring at this time. We have told you before that you now have a foot in both worlds. It is time for you to acknowledge this other level of existence and to venture out once again to this realm which is more like home to you than this earthly plane.

Call upon us to hold your hand as you begin this journey of remembrance. For there will be moments of recognition which will fill you with such joy, you will be unable to speak of its wondrous effect upon you.

This world which you see, hear, smell, touch, taste with your physical senses is only an illusion. You have spent much time here living within its confinements, learning the lessons required to bring you to the place where you stand right now.

But in order to move forward from this point on, it will be helpful for you to begin to work in both worlds; to accept the existence of a loving, joyful realm which surrounds you now. Dear One, future lessons require more of you to understand the power that resides within you. The power of love.

Much of the darkness that has permeated this physical plane has been brought into the light. This is in order for you to see what has been existing just underneath the surface within the hearts of many. In order to transmute this darkness into light, all of you who are awakening are being asked to send love and only love.

Can you have faith in yourself and in the power of love? Can you sit in silence and feel the love that surrounds you at all times? Can you quietly send love to all who cross your path; to all who fill your mind with worry or fear; to all who are wounded and unable to do it themselves?

Open your third eye and allow yourself to see the true reality of your existence. Call upon us to guide you through this process. Reach out to others who have already begun to traverse this plane with love and joy. Allow the walls of fear to crack and fall by sending out beacons of love with your every thought and breath.

Your hearts beat as one with all of existence, with the Mother, with the Source of All That Is.  Focus on joining the cadence of this heartbeat of love and gentleness. See the beauty surrounding you. Know that underneath the layer of darkness is a brilliant light yearning to emerge. Now is the time to act in love.

Dear One, you are walking in a field of light.See it around you, feel it within you and share it will all who cross your path.Transcend this physical plane and allow us to show you who you truly are.

Dear One, fear can manifest in your life in many forms. Some you recognize and try to release. Some you are so comfortable with you do not even realize their presence. But all forms hold you back from your highest vibration, that level from which you can do so much of your personal growth.

Anything that is not birthed by love is fear-based. Ego is a form of fear. Comparing your life with the lives of others; they are doing so much better, making so much more money, having more excitement, more free time. The list can go on and on and brings up insecurities, feelings of lack, or unworthiness.

Worry of the future brings up other forms of fear. The unknown of what may happen.  We have encouraged you to live in the moment, in the NOW, for that is all that is. Reflect on how many future possibilities you have spent time and energy anticipating with fear and then ask how many were truly realized. Is the number smaller than you would have expected?

Worry of the past; the sadness, remorse, pain from past experiences.The past is best left in the past. If forgiveness is necessary, you may ask for it or give it on an astral level. No physical contact is necessary. You are changing with every new experience in your life. Remember that those from your past are also changing as they move forward on their paths.

Nothing is static. Everything is in motion and changing with each new moment. The only thing that may remain the same is the voice in your head holding so tightly to an event, a person, a wound inflicted in the past. The Ego is a master at keeping you in a certain mindset that may have been appropriate many years ago, but does not have any relevance in the current moment.

And so we ask you to live in the moment, in the NOW. For in this moment you are breathing, you are alert and you are safe. And that is all that matters. You are not in a place, nor are you expected to be, where you can see the workings of the web of connection and how that will affect you in the next moment.

Dear One, now is the time to be free of these worries, these fears, these self-doubts or judgments. You are a different person in this moment and will be a different person in the next moment. You are free-flowing and ever moving. And so should your ideas, your thoughts about the past not be static.

Cease holding on to old pains, continuing to be that victim. We ask you to reflect if you have been more a victim of yourself and your way of thinking. Have you been victim of yourself for longer than of that person, that situation that occurred so very long ago?

Your future is so bright, filled with possibilities of love and joy. It is your choice, Dear One, what kind of future you will enter. And it is determined by your attitude, your approach to the next moment in your life.

Choose freedom from fear.

Choose joy and beauty.

Choose living in the moment; releasing the past and moving forward in trust and faith.

Have faith in yourself and in your immediate world.

You are the director of your life.

And if you find it overwhelming, call on us to assist and we shall be there.

There is joy all around you.
There is joy within you.

And change the world.

Dear One, joy is a part of your make-up. This is a piece of who you are. Accept this truth and begin to allow yourself to feel the joy within and around you. The well is too deep to ever go dry. Dip your entire being into this eternal water of being and see how your life will change.

We understand that there are many difficulties here upon this plane that appear unrelenting and burdensome as you move within your physical existence. But remember that this is but a temporary state for you. Remember that this physical world is just an illusion for you to exist within while you learn the lessons that you chose to learn on this journey. The knowledge that you bring back will serve the entire consciousness. This is not a journey just for you, but an exploration for others who are waiting in the wings, cheering you on, holding you in gratitude for your adventurous spirit.

Every moment of your day is an opportunity to feel the effects of a joyful existence. Should you be in your natural state, having shed the physical form, you would not require any reminders of this truth. But for now, a reminder is necessary to support you in your forward movement. The energies are beginning to change. And this is occurring because of you; because there are now enough here upon this physical plane who have awakened. The critical mass for forward movement has been reached and for this we shout with glee. For now, the universal growth can begin in a way that has never occurred before. And you are a part of this creation, with your service, your personal growth and your willingness to exist here for a short a period of time to help facilitate this change.

When you stumble and feel that you have not done enough or did not do it correctly or should have done it sooner, stop. Understand that your life is unfolding exactly as it should. Understand that all is well with you. Understand that you have loving beings surrounding you, ready to act in your behalf at your request.

Can you take each step forward with the confidence that all is well with you? Can you trust that you are always exactly where you should be? Can you live your life in love and gratitude and share that with all those who cross your path?

Be the vessel of joy that you really are. Leave trails of pearls, glistening behind you in every step you take. This is who you truly are. And by allowing the joy to flow through you, others along your path shall begin their own awakening.
