Dear One, if you change your focus from form to energy, you will begin to realize the power at your fingertips. Focusing only on form is tantamount to crawling, while focusing on energy allows you to soar upward and outward.

Form limits you to the illusion of separateness, personal gain or loss and ultimately death. None of this is true. For your true nature is one of energy, which is never destroyed, only transformed. If you can begin to understand the way to work with energy, you will be able to create a different world here upon this physical plane.

Form has been used to allow you rapid progression on your path of self-discovery. For although your true nature is energy and connected to the All That Is, you still have individual traits and goals. Being in form has provided the opportunity to focus on self in a way not possible in an energetic state.

However, the connection with the All has been ever present and it is time for you to better understand the workings of energy. If you are having difficulties imagining energy, reflect upon the wind, the heat of the sun, both of which are forms of energy. Unseen, but whose effects are felt by your physical form.

Each of you has an energetic footprint, for each of you vibrates at an individual frequency. And wherever your form goes, so does your energetic footprint, like a whiff of floral scent. Each of you has experienced being in a room filled with tension or with love. Though you cannot see it, you can feel the energetic footprint present in that physical space.

Energy surrounds you. For all that you see with your physical eyes is emitting energy. This goes outward into the Universe, across realms and beyond. And since energy is not restrained within a physical form, it moves freely and connects with the All.

Yet, even when merging with other energetic beings/vibrations, you still maintain your own individuality. You do not lose yourself although you are connected to the All. Consider individual points of starlight in a sky filled with stars. Each twinkling at its own frequency, yet combined to present a sea of light.

The ebb and flow of this energy between all of creation allows synchronicity to work as a guide for your personal growth. In energetic form, All understand the needs of others because of the connection. This means that any piece of creative energy, from other forms (nature, human) or formless (sound, music) can provide you the guidance on how best to move forward upon your path.

What is necessary for you to do is to pay attention to your surroundings and what they may be saying to you. And this gentle guidance will be done in a way that will best relate to your individual personality. Remember that life here upon this physical plane does not happen TO you. It happens FOR you.

As you begin to realize how energy works, you will be able to create your own world. How is this done? By combining all of your physical senses and focusing on what it is you wish to create. What is a perfect day for you? See it in your mind’s eye. Ask yourself how it smells, feels, looks, tastes and sounds. Focus upon that and then release it.

What is a perfect interaction for you? Before it occurs, imagine a gentle, loving, productive interaction and then release it. The energetic order has been primed and placed and will be delivered as such. Dear One, you have the power to change your world. Accept this power and use it wisely.

For remember that you always have free will to choose a path. And each path has a consequence with an opportunity to learn. There is no right or wrong, no judgment for which path is chosen. Though some choices will provide greater challenges than others. You have the power to choose and to create your world.

Begin to see your world as a sea of energy ready to be transformed by you into a world of higher or lower vibration. As the masses continue their awakening it will become easier to join in raising the vibrations of this physical plane. This awakening has been spoken of throughout your earthly existence.

Open yourself to the power

Above and beyond its current state.

You are co-creator with the Source.

Dear One, you have been told that you are powerful enough to create your own world. It begins with you and expands outward since all are connected. Your joy can help lift another from despair. Your love can transmute fear. The world changes as you change your perspective. You are creator of your own world. What do you choose to create?

You are experiencing a wondrous change here upon this earth plane at this time. The possibilities of outcome are infinite and you have the power to help to create a new way of being. It lies in your hands as you move through your day and interact with others. Do you do it with grace or with fear and trepidation?

Everything you see is impermanent. Everything you feel is impermanent. You have the power to dream the world you wish into being. This is your opportunity to create what you wish to see going forward. The challenges which many of you are now experiencing are impermanent. But how you respond to them can have a lasting effect on your life, on your world.

Dear One, there are always many ways to see, to experience what crosses your daily path. Can you lift yourself from feelings of disempowerment and fear? You are present in this very moment because you have the strength, the resolve, the power to create a new world, a world of love and peace. It begins with you.

You are not alone in this. And it is possible to change your perspective and thus how you feel and how you act daily. You are but one point on a vast spectrum of light which shines throughout infinity. The strength you need, the joy you crave is there waiting for you to draw upon it. For you are connected to the Source, the Source of Love and Light.

You have already been creating your own world daily. But perhaps this went un-noticed because the changes were small. This is a time for you to trust in yourself and in the powers given to you from the moment of your own creation. For you are a spark from the Eternal Flame of Existence. And with that comes all the power of creation.

It begins with love. It begins with self-love. For loving yourself is tantamount to loving the Creator. You are one and the same. Take the time to reflect upon those traits of yours which you love. Can you list ten, twenty of them? Can you love yourself that much? Consider this as an exercise. Then repeat these daily for two weeks as you look at yourself in the mirror. Does this change your perspective of yourself and what is possible?

Dear One, give yourself time to sit and breathe, in and out. Dream the world you wish to see into being. See it as already existing and give gratitude for it daily. Look at your adversaries as a part of you, for indeed they are. Understand that it begins with how you see yourself.

Impermanence allows for change and growth. If this were not truth, then you would not be the creator of your world. You are present at this time because you have the gift, the power to create a world of love, a time of awakening for every embodied soul. Awakening to their true selves, to the power of love and connection.

You are a wondrous soul, an extension of the Divine, so that the Divine can experience Itself through you. Failure is not possible for this is an experiential opportunity for both you and the Divine. Dear One, you and the Divine are the same. As you are a piece of the Eternal Presence of Love.

There is a wondrous light within you. See it. This world of duality also has areas which fail to shine that light. This is caused by fear. Your current world is not balanced and requires your input to bring it back into equilibrium. This is done through grace and love.

This day is mere point of existence on the infinite timeline of life for you and for all of Creation. But it holds such potential for change through your actions, your perspective and your love.

Trust yourself and your power of creation.

Love yourself and begin to see your light.

Understand that all is impermanent

Constantly offering opportunities

For growth and change.

Choose love

Feel the connection with the All.

For indeed, you are

One With All of Thee.

Dear One, you are not alone. You are not forgotten. You are capable of changing your life, of changing your world. You have the power to dream your world into being. For you are co-creator with the Source. The power lies within. The power lies in the connection with the matrix, with the All.

Whatever it is that you focus your attention on will become your world, your life. You have that innate power within you. You just have not realized or paid attention to how this unfolds in your life. If you live in fear, you will create whatever it is that you fear.

If you live in gratitude and love, your world changes around you. The day appears brighter, your step becomes lighter. And as you acknowledge the connection you have with the All, you can begin to feel it around you.

Close your eyes, breathe, and focus on that screen in front of you. Imagine the world you want into being as you see it before you.  Feel the peace of giving gratitude for everything that occurs in your life. For it is only a matter of perspective as to whether it is positive or negative.

This life you have is a gift, an opportunity to grow and you are supported by loving hands, with higher vibrations bringing you peace, lifting you up. This is being done for you every moment of your day. Accept this gift.

And then pay it forward to others, to the Mother, as she is in transition, growing as well. Can you understand that you are a part of the Mother and that her distress becomes a part of you? You are not separate but one with her. It is time for you to realize this connection is real, fluid and deep.

You, Dear One, are the conduit between the Earth Mother and the heavens, the unseen world. For you walk with a foot in both worlds. You can join both heaven and earth with your actions, with your breath.

Sit and imagine the energies of the heavens coming down through your crown on your in-breath. At the same time, imagine the energies of the Mother coming up through the soles of your feet. And allow both to meet and mix in your heart.

On the out-breath, send them back to their origins simultaneously, reversing the path. Repeat as you offer love and gratitude for the unique connection you have with both worlds. It is because of this connection that you are able to dream your world into being. For you are a part of both.

Reach out to the Mother, to the heavens and to others like yourself who are on this physical journey. This gift of connection is very powerful. You as yet do not grasp the power of this connection. Believe in yourself and in your connection to the All.

At your core is a loving spirit unafraid of the challenges that lay at your feet. For your true self understands that this time here is but a brief interlude on your eternal journey of self-realization. You, Dear One, have been given this lifetime on a physical plane as a gift.

And there are many in spirit who have not had this opportunity of life in this physical world. Their work is elsewhere while your work is here. Here is where you chose to be to do the loving work of which you are so capable. Anything is possible for you and whatever occurs, as challenging as it may first appear, is a gift.

Can you live in gratitude for even that which you do not understand? Can you reach out in loving expression to those who need a helping hand? Can you use this physical experience as a means to strengthen your connection with both worlds?

You are capable of all of these. For you are more powerful than you realize. Go within for your answers. Look to the Mother as a barometer of how well you are doing. Tend her as gently as you tend your loved ones. For all are One. All are connected.

Believe in yourself

And in the power

Which resides within.

Be the conduit between worlds

And reach out in gratitude and love.

For love is all there is

Dearest One With All of Thee.

Why?

WHY?

A question asked often

Which never seems

To receive an adequate reply.

Why indeed?

Dear One, the human condition has many asking this question about all aspects of life. Why am I here? Why has this happened? Why does this person act in this manner? Why, why, why? There is a constant need to understand, to analyze, in order to be at peace with life.

What is lacking so often when this question is asked is faith. Faith that all is unfolding exactly as it was meant to be. And the realization that you do not always need to understand to move forward and live your life.

How often have you chosen to do something, or take a path because that is where your intuition has led you? How often have you put your trust in your connection to the All That Is and moved forward without knowing where it would take you? How often have you truly believed that there is a larger picture that you cannot see from your vantage point which might explain what is occurring at this moment?

The human condition has so much to offer each and every one of you and being co-creator with the All is one gift. Being the brushstroke on a massive canvas, the creation of life, allowing yourself to be led without knowing the reason or the outcome.

This is a difficult concept for many since your mind is so active and eager to be in complete control of what occurs and what the end result will be. This mind was developed for you to survive through an iterative process. One experience adds on to what was learned from the previous one and so forth as you continue to grow during your physical life.

But as this mind of yours has developed, for many it has overshadowed the connection to your higher self, the intuition which can also guide you. The mind thinks it has all the answers and you do not listen to those silent urges that gently guide you forward.

All of you have experienced those ‘red flags’ which tried to steer you away from a path you chose to take. And after the lesson was experienced, upon reflection, you often realized that you declined to listen to what your ‘gut’ told you. The lesson was learned, but it may have been a gentler lesson had you listened to your intuition.

Instead of spending so much time and energy trying to understand the WHY, can you begin to trust that most often it is unnecessary for you to know this. The Ego, of course, wants to be in control and wants this knowledge. But in trying to understand the reason behind a situation, you may allow yourself to be led towards judgment of another or yourself. You may lapse in moving forward with compassion or love.

The answer to WHY may never be revealed to you while you exist in physical form. After you return to your natural state and do a life review, all will become clearer to you. But the current challenge for you is to cease the need to understand and continue to live a life of love and compassion. Difficult to do with an over-active mind that questions everything.

This is why a practice of quiet meditation is so helpful to you. Learning to quiet that active mind will allow you to trust the process and not worry about the outcome. It will help you to hone your intuition so that you will better hear that quiet inner voice as it guides you forward.

Building on that trust and moving forward in faith will show you where to take your next step even if you do not understand the reason why. Accepting your connection with the Divine with every breath that you take can help you mute the chatter in your mind and follow the guidance from your heart.

Dear One, trust that you are exactly where you need to be in this moment of time. And if you feel that change is required, find quiet time to sit and listen to your intuition for your next move forward. Remember that the web of connection allows for all the pieces to be in place for your next step. And it may not be in the time frame you choose or think is best. For you cannot see the whole picture and how all is connected.

Learn to trust

Yourself and your intuition,

Your connection,

And the unfolding of your life.

The answers come from the silence within

And not from that over-active mind.

You are loved unconditionally,

Watched over and gently guided forward

Every moment of your day.

Have faith in that.

Can you take a chance

And embrace the unknown?

Dear One, do not allow fear to hold you back, to keep you from the joy that awaits you every moment of your day. Accept the truth that change can bring unanticipated joy and fulfillment. The growth that you experience will prepare you for only more growth and potential for gaining wisdom and peace of mind.

Once again, we tell you that this journey is one of self-discovery. You are a creative soul who yearns to expand and experience new adventures every moment of your day. Your mind, your physical body, may tell you differently, but your soul is eager to discover all that it can from this physical existence.

You have been given the gift to create your own world. And so, what kind of world have you created for yourself? And if you do not like what you see or you have outgrown your current way of living, then you have the ability to change it. Right in this moment.

It begins with how you view your life and your world. It continues with how you view yourself and those who surround you every moment of your day. It ends with how you approach your daily life, with fear or with love.

Can it be as simple as that? Could a change in perception bring more joy to your daily life? You see it every day. Two people will experience that same interaction and one will walk away having experienced joy and love, while another may see only the fear, the pain and the insurmountable effort required to make a change.

All that is required, Dear One, is in how you view your life. Are you empowered or lacking in the ability to make any substantial changes? Do you not see that often it is only a change in your attitude, your perception, that will make an interaction enjoyable or tiresome?

The Universe surrounds you with love. The Mother surrounds you with beauty. And your fellow travelers upon this plane provide you with opportunities for growth and love with every interaction. For every moment of your existence can be one of learning or teaching.

The choice is yours. The choice has always been yours. If there is a situation which you believe is insurmountable, sit in stillness and ask for help in seeing how to make a change. You have so much more power than you realize. You have a massive network filled with possibilities in assisting you in making a change in your life, in your world.

All that is required is trust and faith in yourself and in the world around you. Creativity lives dormant in so many of you as you trudge through your daily lives, filled with fear and disillusion. Allow that creativity, along with the love which fills your every pore, to emerge with a fresh view of your situation, of your world.

Dear, Dear One, you have such power which goes untouched. Do not live a life created for you by others. Create your own life, a life of fulfillment and joy. You have the spark of the Divine within you. This means that you have the creative ability to bring more love and light into this holographic experience you call life.

Sit in stillness and listen to what calls to you, what is yearning to emerge in all of its glory. Ask for help in pursuing this nascent part of your being. And then pay attention to all that occurs around you. For the answers, the opportunities, present themselves to you every day. It only requires being present in the moment to hear, to see, to understand the answers as they are given to you in countless ways.

Your life can be so much brighter. And as the awakening continues, the yearning will intensify. Sit, listen and then be present in the moment to hear the guidance being given to you in a way which you are most likely to notice.

Be present, be daring, be joyous.

You are all of these things

We see it and encourage you to look deeper

For you can do more than you ever imagined.

The hesitation you feel

The doubt, the fear

All are a part of the labor

That is necessary for the new birth

In your life, in your world.

Dear One, you are in the process of new birth for yourself, for your world and for the Universe. And with this new birth comes the preamble of preparation, much of which is new territory for many of you. What is coming, how do I prepare, what should I expect, will I be ready? All of these are questions that precede a major change in your life. And this will be a major change.

There is nothing to fear, there is no preparation necessary. For indeed, you have been preparing for this event for many years, for many lifetimes. And there is a part of you which is ecstatic that the birth is almost here. Do not fight it, for it is already in motion. Instead, breathe through it and allow it to emerge in all of its glory, with all of its potential.

You have made this birth possible with your life, with the choices made by you and by many others across realms. This is the moment that many have been anticipating for eons. And you are ready. You are prepared, despite your doubts about your own strength and connection. You will shine beyond anything ever experienced before. You have been the catalyst. You have been the womb. And you, Dear One, will reap the benefits from this wondrous event.

When you feel restless, doubtful or fearful, just remember that you have loving support at all times. For we believe in you much more than you believe in yourself. Can you cease creating the expectations that can be overwhelming while at the same time can be very limiting? For those expectations are created with the human mind. And the human mind is not able to expand enough to see the potential.

Your human mind, while essential for moving through this physical world, does not have the capacity to see outside of this physical realm. And the movement, the growth, the changes come from outside this arena. And what does the human mind do with that which it does not know? It becomes fearful, doubtful and judgmental. Does this not happen with cultures or lands, people who are foreign to you?

Once again, we ask you to come from your heart. The new birth that is ready to emerge will come easier with the help of loving kindness. The labor will be shortened with lightness of being, created with song, laughter and love. Allow the grace of your higher self to assist as you allow it to guide you through your day.

Have no expectations, for it will be more wondrous than you can imagine. Have no doubts that you are ready and able to move forward in a loving way. Have no fear of failure, for that is not possible. You have already done much more than expected and if you were to come home today, you would have done enough. But stay, Dear One, and enjoy the bounty of your labors. You have done so much, even though your human judgment continues to question your progress. You have done so much already.

Dear One, treat yourself as kindly as you would others. For without self-love, it is not possible to love others. You are a child of the Universe, cradled in the arms of infinity and loved with the heart of the All That Is.

You are ready.

Gently allow it to emerge.

A new way of being for you

And for others.

Feel the connection it brings

To all of creation.
