You woke each morning

With gratitude and joy.

You were filled with awe

As you stepped outside

Into the beauty of nature.

You felt love, and only love

 For every sentient being

In your path.

Dear One, does this seem an impossible way to move through your day? Did you notice that your mind did not engage in any of these actions but only your heart? Is this possible for you to do?

How would your day feel if you minimized the sound of your mind analyzing, documenting, and reminding you of all that must be completed? Do you remember how it felt when you were a child on a path of discovering, seeing, and experiencing new things daily?

What changed? Too many responsibilities and shattered dreams? Yes, Dear One, life is certainly different as an adult. But do you remember how you could not wait to become one so that you could have more power to make your own decisions?

Where is that power now, and how often have you given it to another? When you allow another to make you angry or react negatively toward a new idea to follow the crowd? Have you lost yourself because you feel you should be the same as everyone else?

There have been so many challenges in your life, and there will continue to be challenges until you return home, to Us, to the Source. But, Dear One, reflect upon how you have allowed others to influence how you move through your world, especially at this time when fear is rampant.

Step back and pause. Are you allowing your heart to guide you? It is so crucial at this time to come from your heart. Acts of kindness, compassion, and generosity are needed to help all through these times of change.

Remember that you are connected to your higher self with much knowledge on navigating your life. Remember that loving arms surround you every moment of your day. There is guidance awaiting your call for help. Just ask and then listen for the answers.

The life journey you are on takes you further than from a child to an adult. It also takes you from a soul who could not remember to one who is awakened. That is where you are now. And the awakening is experienced by seeing the world from a different perspective.

No longer can you see yourself as a single soul on a solo journey. Instead, you are part of a collective consciousness sharing information gleaned from a plethora of life experiences across this globe. Add to that the knowledge from above. This is a group effort, Dear One. You are NOT alone. You never were.

The best way to connect is through your heart, through quiet moments when you can acknowledge that you are much more than this physical body that houses your soul. The power within you is aching to come forth to be used for the highest good.

Begin with forgiveness and compassion for yourself. Then extend it to others. Love yourself and allow others to love you as well. The opportunities are endless, and the love is unconditional and eternal. This is the true nature of your life, of your existence.

Trust the connection.

Trust the love.

Ask for help

And know that it is there for you.

Believe in yourself.

Believe in love.

For this is where

Your true power lies.

You are Love Incarnate.

Let your breath fill you

With love.

Dear One, pause for a moment. Close your eyes and focus on your breath. Let it expand in your lungs and fill your heart center with calming energies. And as you release it, see it filling every cell in your body with love. The luminescence of who you are flows through you and outward to be shared with all around you.

Feel the calm enveloping you, the hope, the love, and the strength of the connection between and among all sentient beings. Feel your feet on the ground, connected to the Mother and her core—a core just like yours, crystalline and luminous, filled with light.

As you breathe, see the light beginning to shine in each of the cells in your body. Then, as more and more begin to shine their brightest, your body fades into the background, overcome by the brilliance of what it contains. Your very essence. Your soul, your inner light.

It is difficult to contain that light as you continue to breathe. For it seeks out other light that shines from all that surrounds you. Suddenly you can see the connection between your light and that of others slowly mixing and flowing with a kaleidoscope of color swirling all around you.

Dear One, you are not your body. You are not your mind. Your true self exists within your heart center that holds an infinite amount of love. Love from the Source, your true beginnings. Love from all the benevolent beings supporting you with their own light and loving intent. You are not your body. You are not alone.

We ask you now to focus more on that light within your heart center and less on the darkness of fear that comes from your mind. Fear was meant only to be a tool to help you see where your faith was lacking. Do not give it more power, for you are stronger than you realize.

During your day, come from love, not fear. When you feel fear, acknowledge it and let it go. Close your eyes, breathe, and see the light from within again filling your body. That which you focus on will gain in power. Focus on love, not fear.

Ask for help. We are here to help you. We honor you for this journey that you have chosen to help the entirety of being. Your presence here upon this physical plane is essential and with purpose. Never doubt that.

Again we tell you that you have unique gifts to help with the growth of the All That Is. The Source is experiencing life through you with all the lessons and permutations you feel. Each of you has more substance, love, and purpose than you realize.

Understand that you are uniquely positioned to share the love that emanates from you with all around you. You are like a beam of light shining into the small dark crevices others cannot reach.

Your experiences give you more understanding and compassion for others who are now trembling with fear. Rather than allowing them to affect you with their fear, share your crystalline core of love with them and help raise them up.

We are supporting you so that you can reach those we cannot reach at this time. So many do not believe in us and fear us. It is through you that we can reach them. You are our conduit for love upon this plane. Do you understand, Dear One, that you are helping us as much as we are helping you?

Brave souls, you have learned from your challenges on this physical plane. And we, who have not been incarnated, learn from you how best to reach out to others. You are star seeds who volunteered to take this role, to be on the front lines as you teach us how best to help others.

And for that, we bless you. We offer you our gratitude and will continue reminding you of who you are. You are One with Us, temporarily housed on this physical plane to help with the expansion of the Universe, for the growth of the All.

Dear One, this place of hope exists within you at all times. It is where you are connected to the whole of Me, the true nature of your very being. Breathe in and out as you begin to feel the embrace of love surrounding you. The love of the All That Is.

There is no need to go anywhere but within to find what you seek. You always carry this truth, this peace, with you as a talisman of joy. It is not anything that you can lose or leave behind. You only need to remember from where you came and where you will return. It is your connection to grace and love.

It is your lifeboat in a sea of uncertainty and chaos. Your safe haven in a world filled with doubt and fear—a place of remembrance and lightness of being. Allow yourself a moment of silence to journey within and feel your energy level, selflessness, and personal power rise to a higher level.

It just takes a moment. Can you feel it?

Dear One, you are better than the best of you, more powerful than your most decisive moment and capable of loving deeper than you have loved in the past. Your potential is unlimited, just as the Universe spreads beyond infinity.

Can you accept these truths about yourself? Close your eyes and allow your energy to merge with the Mother below and the All above. You are the conduit between both worlds and are positioned in the perfect place to do your best service to the world.

Understand that your mere presence makes a difference in the lives of others. Your thoughts can affect your day in how you see your world and in how it responds to you. Stop saying ‘I don’t know’ and trust that the answer is already there, filtering down to your conscious mind from your higher self.

This world is moving into the fifth dimension, a higher state of being, and you are ready to move forward in grace. Ask for help navigating this new way of being, as adjustments will be necessary for how you live your life from this day and beyond.

Do not approach this news with doubt or fear. Instead, feel the joy that you have come this far. You have graduated to the next step in your evolution. Congratulations, Dear One, for the achievements you have already mastered. There are many more in your future.

Can you understand how important your life is for the progress of the All of Life? Do not see this as an overwhelming or egotistical possibility. On the contrary, you are one integral piece of a wondrous grid of light that connects every aspect of the consciousness of the Oneness.

You have your part to play. Refrain from sitting and pondering how or why or what, or where. Instead, trust. Trust that being authentic in who you are every moment of your day is all that is required. The connections you need to make with others will arise spontaneously and with synchronicity. And these connections will support all involved, providing lessons to be learned, necessary support, and opportunities for the next step.

Dear One, remember that life is not happening TO you. It is happening FOR you. And for expanding the consciousness of the All That Is, of which you are a part—a vital part on this physical plane.

Choose hope over despair. Choose love over fear. Choose grace and allow your light to shine through those cracks accrued through living your life. You have come so far. Bravo! Take a bow and continue on this journey, knowing support is always behind you. Always.

Dear One, these holy times begin with the emergence of your sacred selves. Do not fear your future days; they are wondrous, glorious, and filled with potential—the potential of love and the power that it holds within.

Be open and receptive to the guidance that comes your way. Many will choose fear, not wanting to lose their perceived power that, in reality, is nothing. Nothing compared to the power of love within you at this very moment.

Do you have the faith to believe in these words, in yourself, and in your connection to the Oneness, the Source, to God? As many of you celebrate the anniversary of rebirth and renewal in your religious traditions, so too celebrate the love that allowed those transitions to occur—the love for you, Dear One, which has never faltered and never will.

Understand that love is the basis for your existence and inner strength. See others as kindred souls no matter their actions or beliefs. For all are one, and all are loved equally, without judgment. Can you do the same for your fellow man?

Transitions are times of challenge if you allow fear to guide you forward. Choose love and faith instead and see how the path before you becomes smoother with fewer rocks and barriers.

Can you allow the luminosity of who you are to begin to shine through your pores? Can you drop the heavy burdens of struggle and fear from your shoulders, allowing you to stand taller? Can you sing the song of the Universe that plays all around you?

Sit out in nature, close your eyes, and listen. Go within and listen. Disconnect from your mind and allow the notes to flow through your lips and into the ethers. Your song, your voice, and your connection to the chords of love that flow out into the Infinite.

Dear One, we celebrate these times, for you have reached a great milestone that has been the goal for millennia. You have come so very far. Rejoice, celebrate, and give gratitude for the loving guidance that has brought you this far.

You cannot imagine what will be possible in the coming days for the future generations here upon this physical plane. You will no longer be able to hide in the shadows, for your inner light will shine brightly. Many will choose fear. Send them love and understand the power of that love as you continue to move forward.

These are sacred times as more and more of you begin to awaken from your long sleep and emerge from the depths of fear as you allow the light to shine through the wounds you have nursed for so long.

Emerge in all your glory, take a deep breath, and soar higher, higher, higher.

Release the limitations of archaic beliefs, and open your hearts to the possibilities before you. You are ready. The powers of the Universe support you. You are a child of love, capable of loving deeper and stronger than imagined.

For amidst the darkness

Is Light.

It is everywhere

And it is stronger

Than the heaviness

You may be feeling

At this time.

Dear One, this is a time of transition, and there is much heaviness in your world. And whenever there is approaching change, there is also resistance and fear. But know that within you, there is light, wondrous light. Light that will prevail. Trust in yourself and in the power you have within.

When you feel overwhelmed by the heaviness around you, sit for a moment and go within. Go to that still center in your heart space and ask for help. Focus on loving kindness and breathe it in and out through your heart space. Feel the love embracing, lifting, and supporting you on your journey.

Please know how much you are loved. Feel the power of that love that is around you and within you. Seek out the Mother and listen for Her heartbeat. It is within all living creatures; the birds, the animals, and the plants. It is even within the rocks and the soil. It is within the air that you breathe and comes full circle as you breathe out love, matching the heartbeat of the Mother.

You are One, one with all of this light and strong enough to shine your brilliance into the world, for the world needs you right now. It needs your light and your love. So cease all judgment and allow any fear to wash away as you bathe or walk in the rain. Feel the heat of the sun wrapping you in the love of the celestial beings. For indeed, you are a part of all of the planets and orbs within the Universe and beyond.

A powerful forward motion is leading this beautiful blue planet back into alignment, away from duality and into oneness. Beings from advanced civilizations who have already experienced this transformation are here to help. Ask for it. Whomever you reach out to when you are troubled, be it the Source, God, or the angelic beings, do so. For you have not been forgotten, nor have your struggles been ignored.

Be as gentle with yourself and with others as you can. Before you speak, ask yourself, is it true, is it kind, and is it necessary? The ongoing change and rising vibrations will make your thoughts more powerful. Be observant of what you choose to put out into the ethers. When old struggles surface, acknowledge them, give thanks for what they have taught you, and then release them to the light. Do so in ceremony or prayer. In gratitude.

You are wondrous, and you are a being of light. Remember that during these times of heaviness. Remember that help is there for you. All that is required is a request, and you shall receive it, often from unexpected sources. You are gently guided in ways that do not cause you fear, in ways that do not appear other-worldly, and in ways that you can accept if you keep your heart open and are observant.

Dear One, be at peace with who you are and where you are. Be at peace with the earth’s changes and how those in fear react to the rising vibrations. Understand that everything around you is working in unison for the benefit of this world, even if it does not appear so.

Your light is needed. Please know that the critical mass of those shining their light around this world is what is helping the process of awakening. Do not doubt the power of your light or your love. Step back if you need restorative time to renew. But continue to shine as brightly as you can with our help.

Seek the light

For it is within you

And around you.

Feel its healing powers

And share it with the world.

You are love, you are Light,

You are One With All of Thee.

Each is unique

In their gifts

And how they serve

This world.

Dear One, no one is better than you. No one is less than you. Each has a role in this world to help move it forward in its growth and ascension. All are One, and how do you compare yourself to yourself?

Each of you is multi-faceted and is one of the infinite facets of the Oneness, the Source. Each facet is expressed through All of Creation.

Can you understand that every individual with their personality affects this world? Rather than judge the merits of their actions, honor them for how they provide opportunities for the growth of this world.

Others may provide you with an example of what you want to do. But they may also show what you would NOT wish to do. They provide you with a living example through their lessons and the potential outcomes of their actions. You have avoided a painful detour through your observation of the life of another. Gratitude, rather than judgment, might be your response.

Can you take a step back and see how the perceived weaknesses or strengths of others ebb and flow, inculcating into the lives of each other and creating a wondrous web of interaction and support? There is a perfect harmony between the gifts of each of you. Again, Dear One, each of you is one expression of the Source. Combined, you ARE the entirety of the Source with all the grace and love potential realized!

Do you not see the design of why you are different from others? You, in your own life, with your gifts, provide support and opportunities for others that no one else can in the same way. If you were more like another, the world would suffer the loss of who you truly are.

Dear One, the synchronicities of life link you up with those who can best guide you forward and whom you can guide forward as well. Become more aware of how the presence of another has made a difference in your life and, yes, how you have helped another as well.

You are PERFECT in who you are and where you stand at this exact moment. Can you trust the intricate machinations of this world and beyond? Can you trust your connection to your God, your Source, your Higher Self as you are gently guided forward through your life? Can you stop questioning your worth and begin to see the light which emanates from your heart? Oh, how can you not see that glorious brilliance that fills your very being?

Of course, you continue to have lessons to learn and growth to experience. That is part of the reason you are here, Dear One. But the other reason you are here is to serve this world with what you, and you alone, can offer. You are a seed of light from a far galaxy bringing knowledge you do not yet realize you have to share. Honor who you are and your role in this world.

Reflect upon your life and how many souls have crossed your path, some whom you have taught and others who have taught you in their own way. Can you see the matrix of learning and support, the grid of love and knowledge of which you are an intricate part? Dear One, your presence is needed. Never doubt that. Never diminish your role; continue to play that role as you live and breathe on this plane.

We bow to you. We honor you for choosing to experience this physical world with all the challenges it provides. Yet, through those challenges, much growth is offered that is unavailable in other planes of existence. Can you believe that many souls who have not embodied eagerly wait their turn to experience the opportunities you have here on this blue planet?

Make no comparisons, Dear One, for all of you are loved and honored for being exactly who you are. When it seems too difficult, ask for help, and guidance will come. Trust in that truth. You are LOVED beyond measure and are NEVER alone. Feel our presence in your life, Dear One, for we are here with you always.

And allow your perceived limitations

To dissolve as you rise higher

To your true nature.

That of a divine being

Incarnated to help this physical world.

Dear One, as this physical world continues to change, so can you also change. The limitations you believed in up to this time no longer serve you. Ask for help and guidance to dissolve them into the ethers and free yourself.

You are here in this moment of time for a reason. Yes, you have come to learn more about yourself through the many lessons only available here upon this physical plane. But many of you are searching because you know intuitively there is more. That ‘more,’ Dear Ones, is to serve humanity through your personal growth.

If you can accept that all are connected, you can better understand that your personal growth helps others with their growth. You are here at this time of immense change because you wanted to help to serve humanity and beyond. Being here in a physical form in a material world allows you to help in ways only possible from this state.

Dear One, those of us who do not exist in the dense physical plane are here to assist you. We honor you for coming here for these wondrous times of change. We are present with you, always holding you up and guiding you forward, and a part of you understands this.

The next step for you is to free yourself from old ways of being, thinking, and doing. Ask for help in releasing those old limitations which no longer serve you. Can you honestly see yourself and how you move through this world? Can you admit your tendencies to be fearful, your longings to be perfect, or your propensity to judge those around you?

Acknowledging these limitations without judgment is the first step to releasing them and replacing them with self-love. Allow this personal ‘baggage’ to be left behind as you travel further and faster towards your true nature.

You have a constant connection with your higher self, guiding you forward through intuition. No longer say ‘I don’t know’ or ‘I have no idea’ when confronted with a problem. By saying this, you are blocking your intuition, which always has an answer for you. Can you release this limitation holding you back and preventing your higher self from guiding you forward?

When you fall into old habits, pause and say, ‘I choose a different path.’ Reset your pattern of that old way of being and embrace a freer way of being. No judgment needs to be involved, only a desire to move forward with grace and love for yourself and all of Creation.

Dear One, you have come so far, and if you are reading these words, you have the desire to go further. We honor you for all that you have done while living in this physical world. We know it is difficult for you to see this, but we assure you that your planet is moving forward faster than expected. More and more of you are awakening and yearning to do more, and the greater the number of awakened souls, the quicker you will progress.

It begins with honesty and mindfulness of who you are and how you move through this world. You are on your way to a more wondrous life in the near future. Of course, there will be chaos from those who resist change. But rather than judge or fear them, wrap them in your love. For, in the end, love will prevail.

Know, Dear One, that millions of benevolent beings throughout the Universe are lending you their support as they anticipate the changes in your future. All are connected, and your success helps others. Just as the success of others affects you. Embrace the love and guidance surrounding you and allow yourself to be free. Free to love and exist in peace and joy and wonder.

You are almost there.

Continue the journey forward

And accept our help.

You have come so far.

Move forward in love and grace

And dissolve those limitations

That hold you back.

You are powerful.

Dear One, can you accept the truth that you are a powerful being, filled with love and the potential for joy each moment of your day? There has been a major energetic shift upon this Earth that will help you open up to your innate abilities and gifts. It is time for you to believe in the wondrous being that you are and to reclaim the power and connections you have forgotten.

You have lived a lifetime believing in the limitations your mind has told you repeatedly. No longer, Dear One. Now is the time to listen to your heart center and its wisdom. Your mind is very helpful in navigating your daily life with the human tasks you do each day.

But the heart is where your true power lies. It is the gateway to your personal growth and expansion during this time of ascension. It is time to accept the multi-facets of who you are, for you are not only a physical body living on a physical plane. You are a multi-dimensional being guided by your higher self who exists on a higher plane.

But, Dear One, can you understand and accept that you live in a sea of love? Step back from the media outlets that broadcast fear and darkness. Instead, sit within your sacred heart center and listen. Listen to the peace and the calm, and feel the love emanating from within.

Can you glimpse that luminous body of light that is your true nature? Spend time sitting quietly as you focus on your breath flowing in and out of your heart center. See that luminous light flowing into your heart center on your in-breath and outwards on your exhale. Light streaming in and out. Beautiful, luminous, sparkling, kaleidoscopic light that comes from within. This is YOU, Dear One. Can you accept this truth?

You have many facets, including emotional, spiritual, mental, and physical. Each of these has knowledge about yourself and how you move through the world. Yet, each holds pain and limitations from past events perpetuated by your mind. Free yourself by asking for help releasing old thoughts that no longer serve you.

The true power lies within your heart center. It has always been there and is now stirring, ready for you to accept it with grace and love. Your mind can dim your luminosity with its doubts and fears. But your heart is aching to open wide and allow you to see, really see, the beauty of who you truly are.

Dear One, when fear arises within, ask yourself, ‘Where does this come from?’ Spend time reflecting upon this and ask for help seeing the patterns in your life and what you have held onto for too long. Understand that when you REACT to something, it comes from your mind bringing up old limitations and fears. But when you RESPOND, you come from the loving nature of your heart that is free from those limitations. Your heart is present in the NOW and not in the past, where your mind exists.

Believe in yourself and how far you have come, how much love you have to give to this world AND yourself. Can you take a leap of faith and accept that you are surrounded by loving beings here to serve you and help you open up to your true nature? Call upon them for help and guidance. They do this out of immense love for you and for this world.

Your future is so bright, and it begins today, in this very moment. Take that first step and believe in love. Believe that love conquers fear, always, and that you are a being of love. Embrace that love, that power within, and allow your light to shine, Dear One. It is brilliant!

A new you is ready to emerge. Allow it to do so with faith, love, and trust in yourself and the guides who surround you with their love. Believe, Dear One, and feel the joy of true vision.

You are luminous

You are love incarnate

And you are ready

To shine brighter

Than ever before.

How can a single person

Like you move a mountain

And create a better world?

Dear One, so many want to help this world. But the question is always, ‘How can someone like me make a difference? I’m only one person.’ The answer is that you are more powerful than you realize and that, yes, indeed, you CAN make a difference in this world.

Many do not realize they are not ‘only one person.’ You are part of a matrix of awakened souls whose combined efforts create significant change every moment of your day. You are more powerful than you realize, AND you have constant support from the spirit world.

The world you live in does not reveal the complexities of your relationship with the unseen world. The helping hands that surround you are not noticed. The effects of how you live your life are not realized. The power of your everyday thoughts, words, or deeds is not appreciated.

Dear One, we have said many times that all are connected, not only on this Earth but beyond into infinity. The connection is energetic, of which many are unaware. However, those more sensitive can feel those energies, and those who have deeply pursued a spiritual path are also aware of these connections.

Even so, many doubt the truth of this. Yet how often do you receive a call from someone who was just on your mind? How often do you say the exact words as a close friend simultaneously? Or, how often can you feel the gaze of someone from across a crowded room? These are just a few examples of how your energetic connections with others manifest in your life.

Accepting this truth will help you better understand our response to how you can help this world. Can you understand that with this connection, an AHA! moment for you will also help move another forward? As you grow on your path, so too can another. If you doubt this, consider how you are drawn to those who exude calm rather than anxiety. Is it not because their presence uplifts you?

Dear One, you cannot always guide another forward with words or teachings. But by spending time on your own growth, you can show others by example. What is it about that person who draws you in with their essence, and how can you be more like them?

As you do your personal work, you will become more aware of how you move through this world. You will become more aware of your actions, words, and thoughts. As a result, it will be easier for you to show acts of kindness, compassion, and forgiveness toward others. Your generosity of spirit, gentleness of interaction, integrity, and honesty will uplift others. Many of whom are strangers to you.

Your initial action may cause a domino effect of similar calm or generosity towards others. Do you not have the term ‘paying it forward?’ A simple comment from you may be just the catalyst another needs to make a momentous decision in their life.

Every one of you does not need to be the well-known spokesperson for a cause. Indeed, there are many more quietly doing the work of uplifting others with kindness, prayer, or loving thoughts. This is how you can help change this world.

Remember, too, that you are surrounded by benevolent beings who need your permission to help you. So ask for help, and it shall come. Life does not happen TO you; it happens FOR you and begins with your connection with the All That Is.

Your life matters not only for your soul’s evolution but for the evolution of this world and beyond. You can make a difference every day. Indeed, you DO make a difference every day, and we offer you our gratitude for all you have done. Much of which you will never be aware of.

This is how you change your world

With one breath, one word, one kind deed.

That is enough, more than enough

To make a difference in another’s life.

A life connected to yours

Of this world,

Of the power that you hold,

Of your connection with the All,

Or with what is to come in your life.

For you are loved and guided

And never alone.

Dear One, you are a powerful being who has come to this third dimension to learn and to help the Universe move forward with that knowledge. Does it sound outrageous? Can you accept the truth of who you really are?

There is no need for fear because you are One With All. We tell you this every week in these writings. Instead, allow this knowledge to comfort you that you are never alone. There may be times that you feel like a single strand waving in the wind. But you are always connected, and that connection can never be broken.

What does this mean for you? If you have something to decide or decipher, sit with it. Go to the stillness within and allow your higher self to offer you guidance through your intuition. For this is how it speaks to you—in those AHA! moments you have.

In addition to the physical world that surrounds you, there is also the world of spirit that supports you every moment of the day. But you often cannot access this higher realm when your mind is active or filled with emotion.

Yet, if guidance is unable to reach you through intuition, serendipity may be used instead. How often have the words of another initially caused you grief but, upon reflection, have guided you toward your next step forward? You are One, you are connected, and you are guided in many ways.

Dear One, if an emotion such as anger rises within, sit with it, for it will pass more quickly than you realize. Do not deny what you are feeling, for these emotions are signposts for reflection and contemplation. Pushing them down will only allow them time to gather more strength and re-emerge at a later time, perhaps as an illness or other manifestation.

For many of you, guidance comes in the form of dreams. These are the times when you are more receptive to us, as you often stream during those times your body rests. Understand that the solutions can come from places other than your mind if you allow yourself to be open and observant of the world around you.

We encourage you to practice clearing your mind by focusing on your breath instead. Up to this point in time, you have relied on your mind to solve your problems in this world. But as the vibrations continue to grow in this world, the heart which connects you to your higher self is now what will guide you forward.

Dear One, there are waves of energy descending upon your earth at this time of ascension. Accompanying these waves are many benevolent beings who are anxious to help with your continued growth, for the outcome of this world affects the entire Universe.

This should not surprise you as All are connected most wondrously. You now have the opportunity to come into your own power. Something unattainable until now as you adapted to living in a physical world. For your personal growth would have been less extensive with access to the true nature of your power.

But now, in this time of ascension, the veil has thinned, and you will be able to reach new heights if you are courageous enough to trust in yourself and your connection to the All. Dear One, the heavens are rejoicing that you have arrived at this point, for it has been a long journey for your world.

Be not afraid of who you are, your connection, and what you can do. Your awakening has arrived, and it is cause for celebration. Trust. Go within and connect and begin to understand the reality of your existence.
