Patience

A tool much needed at this time.

For yourself and others

As you all follow your personal journeys,

As you rise above the fear which surrounds you,

As you find peace in the stillness within.

You have grown since yesterday

And tomorrow you will be even further along your path.

This is the way of being

Here upon this Earthly plane.

Dear One, the essence of your being has changed since the day before, since the moment before. With each breath you take, you expand yourself wider, further along the path you chose for this incarnation.

Often the best way forward is to breathe, five or seven counts in, five or seven counts out. The breath will lead you to the stillness you seek for better clarity and peace.

Consider how often you hold your breath. Anger, frustration, and fear cause you to halt the exchange of air within your lungs. To release any of those emotions, focus on your breathing. Slowly. For what is more important than breath? Whatever you choose to do next can wait a moment as you replenish with the breath of the Divine. In and Out.

This busy life that you lead has you scurrying around in all directions, without purpose. You feel that as long as you are doing something, you are making progress. But, Dear One, being still is making even more progress. For it is in this stillness that you connect once again with your higher self. Outward movement is for earthly ‘progress’. Stillness expands your soul.

This physical world is just a place where you have landed for a short period of time. Your true existence lies within. Without a physical form that gives the impression of separateness; that encourages the misguided quest for accumulation of things, of power. The completion of tasks as an earmark for growth and success. But is this really true?

Can you change your focus from ‘what you are doing’ to ‘who you are being’? For does not the latter drive your actions, your thoughts, your words? Time is an illusion and you exist simultaneously in the past, present and future. Another concept difficult to grasp, but worth reflecting upon.

You do this everyday in your mind, reliving what happened in the past, looking forward to the future and often not even being mindful of the present.

But you also are doing this energetically as there is no linear timeline in that realm. What does this mean for you? That there is always time to do what needs to be done. That healing the present heals the past.

Your physical body need not be in constant movement. There is time for stillness. We remind you of the connection of all things. This means that for an action to occur, something else along the web of connection must shift first. This is where patience plays a role. And faith. That all will happen at the most perfect time. You experience this every day as you prepare the food for your physical body. Consider the steps you must take in this process. Can you extend this concept out to every part of your life?

Just as a seed opens underground and begins to seek the light so too does growth percolate within you and all beings. And much of this growth is unseen until a new petal bursts forth in all of its beauty. Nurture yourself and others as you move through this life. Allow for the time necessary for growth to emerge in all of its glory.

Do not judge yourself too harshly as you are slowly moving forward on your path. Just as the cells of your physical body replace themselves unnoticed by you. So too, does your spirit grow, your soul expand, your wings emerge for a most wondrous flight above the fray of fear on this plane. Also unnoticed by you.

Do not judge others harshly as they are on their own paths. Show them patience and compassion and encourage them to blossom in their own time. For as they grow, so do you. Their lessons learned are your lessons learned as you are all connected.

Honor others for their struggles and their growth. Hold them high and support them with love. No matter who they appear to be on this earthly plane. For they are one with you, providing opportunities to you for your own personal growth.

All are One. All are Connected. And each will grow in their own time. Allow patience to grow by slowing down your breathing. Five or seven breaths in, five or seven breaths out.

You have grown so much up to this moment and if you reflect upon your life, you will see this. Honor who you are and how far you have come. Understand that all will occur in due time. As every piece of the mosaic falls into place.

Worry not about time

Breathe into stillness

Allow patience to grow

And know that you have grown

Just while you have read these words.

Waiting for you to find it.

The soothing calm needed

To continue moving forward

In grace.

Dear One, you came to this physical plane with many tools yet to be discovered by you. And one of them is the internal calm present in each and every one of you. The fast pace of this world with its demands and perceived priorities have pulled you away from the very place which will help you replenish; that well of internal calm, always present, rarely used.

In order to move forward and to grow on your path, more time is required looking within and finding that inner peace. There are so many distractions in your life which can make it difficult to find the time to go within and rest. Can you ask yourself how to prioritize your time to allow this inner journey to occur daily?

Many feel that they need to spend a lengthy period of time sitting and breathing, with no thoughts at all, in order to make that connection. But, Dear One, even the masters have thoughts running through their minds as they sit quietly. The key is not to engage with those thoughts. Allow them to flow out with your breath, releasing them as you exhale. Do not despair as more thoughts come. It takes much practice to allow the mind to settle down and to stop engaging.

Breathe in calm, breathe out a smile. How many times do you stop breathing throughout your day? A deep calming breath can do so much for you. Try it now. Inhale for 5 counts, hold for 5 counts, exhale for 5 counts. Filling your lungs with the air around you will provide you with more energy to take the next step.

You are connected to the Source and that connection lies within you. The physical body is just a vehicle, a tool, to allow you to move through this physical world as you learn what you came here to learn. The external physical world is an illusion created by you, necessary for your lessons, but not true reality.

Your connection to the All is within you. What depths of knowledge and love exist within that physical body of yours? The Universe does not exist externally. The Universe exists within you through this connection. You are a piece of this infinite expansion of love and creation. All that you see and consider real is but a hologram. You are so much more than you realize.

What do you do with this piece of knowledge? Know that the answers rest within you. Understand the synchronicities in your life are there to help guide you forward. For each and every one of you has this connection with the Source and with each other. Many of the guiding moments in your life are intangible, internal and energetic exchanges.

Those who are more sensitive understand how they are affected by these unseen forces and as you awaken you will also begin to notice these connections. Being aware of these is but another tool for you to use as you move through your day. But in order to become more aware, it is necessary to give yourself the time to sit and just be present with your breath, with your connection to the All.

This can be done in a moment, in a breath with the intent of finding that connection. The calm within will emerge as you give a moment of pause, of reflection, of love, of breath. Notice how often you hold that breath in anger, fear or frustration. When you do, allow it to flow once again, deeply and calmly.

Begin to use the tools given to you for moving through this physical existence. You are not your physical body, that fragile form which navigates this world. You are so much more, Dear One. The strength of you, the love of your creation and the connection to the All lie within you. Find that inner calm and go there daily, if only for a moment, for a breath. Find it and you will feel the peace of the Source, the strength and knowledge of the Universe. For this is you, in all of your splendor.

Love exists

It is you.

In conjunction with the peace within.

Do not accept the external illusions as your reality.

Your true self lies within

Connected to the All.

Indeed, you are

One With All of Thee.

Finding the Peace Within

How do you settle the chaos within?

Silence the chatter

Still the judgment

And walk forward in peace and joy?

Dear One, your journey upon this physical plane seems a constant search for peace within, in a world where chaos and disruption are ever-present. How can you find that place of peace and silence as your mind continues to engage and process all that is occurring around you?

The peace that you crave lies within your heart and not within your mind. The key is to disengage from those constant thoughts moving through your mind. How is that possible? There are many ways in which to silence the chatter. Many choose meditation while others exercise or lose themselves in a creative task. Others might seek out the peaceful environment provided by Mother Nature.

Any and all of these activities will help you find calm from the storm of thoughts bombarding you throughout your day. But these are just the first part of the journey towards the peace that you seek. For many of you have unresolved issues which require reflection. Much of the turmoil you feel is due to a way of thinking which may need further study.

Place your hand upon your heart area and breathe, quietly and deeply, allowing the stress to release from deep within where you hold it so tightly. Then begin to reflect upon the impetus for the stress that you feel. Is it really just a recent event or interaction or is it linked to a long-held desire unmet?

Dear One, what is the fear which lies behind the stress you are feeling at this moment? Do not move away from this fear but embrace it and allow it to give you the answers required to move forward with grace. For your thoughts, your actions, are driven by one of two things, either fear or love. There is nothing else.

There are many names for these feelings that you have; jealousy, judgment, competition, anger and so on. But the root cause of these feelings is fear and only fear. The times of quiet which you find are only the beginning of the journey to allow that peace within to grow and flourish for you daily.

Keep in mind that this life of yours is lived in an illusion, created for and by you so that the lessons you chose to learn can be facilitated in the best way possible. Remember that all who cross your path are your teachers. Many of them invited by you in another time to be present on this plane to help you learn those lessons. These contracts were made in love, to be carried out in a physical existence for your personal growth.

However, due to free will, many plans go awry, perhaps with more harshness than was originally discussed. For this human existence carries its own sweet charm that can distract you from your purpose for being here. Lessons are still learned, despite these distractions, moving you forward upon your personal journey of self-discovery.

Dear One, this physical life is one of impermanence. This very moment in time with all that is before you may not be the same in the next breath that you take.  This provides opportunity to change in every moment of time, how you feel, what you think, and in what action you might take in re-action or response.

But it also means that every moment is sacred, never to offer the same opportunity again. Can you live each moment as if it were the last, for indeed, in a fashion it truly is the last? Can you begin to turn around your way of thinking and replace it with the feeling of love emanating from your heart? For your true essence, your true nature, resides in your heart connected in love to the Source of all creation.

You have come this far and survived.

Continue to move forward in grace,

Viewing your world through the lens of love

And not fear.

For love is who you are

And what comforts you the most.

For like attracts like.

Live in love

Forgive in love.

And remember the connection you have

With all of creation.

The Quiet Within

Can you find that inner calm?
Where you connect to the Divine?
Be silent and allow it to open to you.

Dear One, it is there, that inner calm. It always has been and always will be. The path to it begins with deep relaxing breaths. Can you give yourself the time each day to go to this inner sanctum of peace, where you connect to the Divine?

There is so very much interference in your life, pulling you here and there, wanting your attention and your energy. And you succumb to the tugging at your sleeve to answer those calls, those needs of others, those requirements you feel must be addressed immediately. You are being pulled in many directions at once, it is difficult for you to just stop and breathe.

But in doing exactly this, stopping and breathing, you will find your inner calm, the strength that you have deep within you to move forward in your day. How often have you sat down to be still and you find yourself bombarded with thoughts of what you still have to do after you finish this quiet time?

Can you live your life in love and not fear? Can you understand that truly every moment is a gift and that all is well, no matter how challenging it appears? Can you recognize that every challenge for you is an opportunity to grow and spread your wings a little bit broader, wider, and more expansive? Everything that happens in your life will help you to move forward on your path. And time is not a limiting factor.Time is an illusion. And so the few minutes you spend each day sitting to find your quiet place within does not take away from the rest of your life. It does, in fact, enhance it.

Consider how much energy you put out worrying about how you are going to do this or that; how will you provide or accomplish or create? Do you understand that the few minutes each day you spend in that quiet place will allow you to calm those frenetic energies and give you the freedom to breathe more easily throughout your day?

The time, the energy you spend worrying, planning will be replaced with the understanding that all will be well. All will unfold exactly as it should. You will begin to understand that all you need to do is allow it to unfold. The more ‘time’ you spend tending that quiet place within, the less ‘time’ you require to get through your day. For you begin to understand the perfection of the Universe, the power that you have been given, and the love which surrounds you. Completely.

Begin today, for just a few moments. Focus on your breath, in and out, and allow the busy thoughts to pass through but not stay within your mind. It takes practice, we understand. But the energies are beginning to rise across your entire planet and doing this daily will allow you to better accept the new environment in which you now live.

All is well, Dear One.
Every moment is a gift.
And you are surrounded by those who want to help you.
Allow your Divine connection to guide you through your day.
For you are indeed One With All of Thee.
