Dear One, open your eyes to the wonder of life surrounding you. Be inspired and awe-struck in the beauty of the creation of which you are a part. Have you ever stopped and considered the complexity of the world around you?

Can you pause for a moment and experience the awe of creation? This world in which you live consists of many complex forms that support your life on this planet. Yet, do you ever ponder the creativity required for your mere existence?

You are one physical form in many life forms that coexist on this earth. Yet, you rarely step out of your head and see, really see, the majesty of your world. This world was created to support you, both physically and emotionally.

While many of you see only a lack in your lives, an abundance of beauty and support surrounds you. You have taken this world for granted as you seek more, more and more. But, do you not see that you have enough?

You breathe in the life-giving force of air daily without a thought. You push your physical body to extremes expecting it to function perfectly without nurturing or rest. You destroy large swaths of land, which took decades to become a microclimate for the existence of many creatures.

This physical life is complex and fragile. You have become lazy in taking what you think you need to survive. Dear One, rather than being in awe of the world around you, many see only a world that can give them more of what they do not need.

Take a moment and consider your physical body. It is a gift for you in its design and function. It allows you mobility and the opportunity to survive without conscious thought. Your circulation, respiration, immune system, and digestion operate daily without your notice.

How often have you offered gratitude for the beating of your heart and the ability to use your senses to experience the world around you? How often do you ask your body what it needs this day to perform in the best way possible? Do you ever consider with awe the complexities of this form that houses your soul?

It is easy to take your life for granted until it changes due to a lack of attention. Only then do you stop and realize how difficult it is to repair these complex creations. So, dear One, stop for a moment before then and allow this physical life to inspire you.

Do you not realize that being awe-struck by this physical life can bring you joy? Rather than seeing lack, see the abundance and beauty in your path. Use all of your senses to experience the awe of creation. Give gratitude for the life that exists around you. The life you never stopped to notice until this moment.

You are a part of this, and seeing your world as a living, breathing, complex organism will change how you move through your day. Likewise, seeing your physical body as the wondrous creation that it is will alter the way you use and nurture it.

Allow yourself the gift of fully experiencing the world around you with appreciation and awe. You are not the master of this world. But you are an intricate piece of it. So look around and see the wonder of it and allow the joy of being to fill you.

You are one with all of life.

See it and honor it.

For your gratitude will enhance

Your experiences this day

And each day forward.

Life is more complex and wondrous

Than you have realized.

Open your eyes, your heart

And be filled with awe for this world.

Dear One, this day is a day for remembering. Remembering the joy of who you really are and from where you have come. This day is the next step on your forward journey. The journey to reawakening. The journey home into the arms of the Beloved. And when the sudden realization arrives that you are already there, so too will the rush of joy.

The joy in realizing that you have never left. You have just forgotten momentarily the truth of your existence. Awaken now, Dear One. Remember and feel the joy and the ecstatic embrace of the Beloved around you. Gentle, loving and supporting. It has always been there as it will always continue to surround you with love.

Awaken to the gentle caress of love. Remember how easy it is to accept this love, to be of love and to send out love to all of existence. It is as simple as breathing. In and out. No judgment. No comparisons. Only acceptance and love.

Awaken to the realization that love is all there is. To the truth of the connection between and among all sentient beings. To the power of love over anything else. Created from love. Created in love. Able to share that love with all. This is who you truly are. Remember.

Awaken to the truth that this physical life is an illusion. An illusion created for you so that you could learn and grow beyond the scope of the unseen worlds. And that which you learn is shared with the collective consciousness, for All are One.

Awaken to the realization that sharing is a natural expression of your true nature. How can you not share when you are not separate? When you are at one with All? Realize the potential in this truth. How the knowledge of the Universe is available to you if you allow yourself to awaken to its wondrous nature.

You are one cell in a most loving, omnipresent Source of Being which crosses realms and permeates all of existence. And just as each cell in your physical body has its function in service to the whole body, so too with you and your connection with the All.

For the body was designed with many similarities to your true nature and the nature of the Oneness. And it will become more apparent to you as your scientists discover the more intimate workings of the physical body.

Remember, Dear One. Open your mind and your heart to the possibilities of these truths which are revealed to you this day. Remember and feel the love, the strength, the courage and the connection beginning to pulse in unison with the breath of the Mother. For all are One. All are connected.

Remember and honor each other and the role which each of you plays in the expansion of the Universe. No matter that your human mind cannot understand the depth, the breadth of the connection of the All. For your heart understands and continues to guide you forward.

Listen to the wisdom of your heart.

The mind was designed to help the human form function on this physical plane. But the heart is your lifeline to your true existence. Go to it for guidance as the connection is true. The connection is immediate. And the answers will be guided by love, the true nature of your existence.

This is why you know by how you feel which is the best way to move forward. Your heart will open and show you the way. It is your navigational chart through this lifetime on the physical plane.

Awaken, Dear One. Each day it will become easier to do so as more and more here upon this plane awaken and provide the support you need to move forward. But know that it is not only those present upon this plane who are assisting you. It is the entire cosmos of being. The movement and arrangement of the other planets that help direct the energies needed to help you move forward and remember. And the loving support of your brothers and sisters in the unseen world providing strength and resilience.

Dear One, it is time for you to accept the true nature of your being. We have told you this many times before and wish to impress upon you the power which you hold within your heart. This power released into the world, the power of love, can bring significant changes to world in which you live. The time is now for you to accept this truth and to act.

If you are reading these words, you are already well on your way to your own personal awakening. Awakening to the truth of your divine nature. Awakening to the realization of the power of love. And awakening to your inner guidance to do more. To do more to help this planet grow into the beautiful phase of love over fear.

Too many of you have accepted the words, the teachings of others which promote fear. When in fact the truth lies within your heart. The quiet, gentle voice of your higher self is the one which should be acknowledged and accepted as true guidance.

Past are the days when you feel unworthy, unloved, floating aimlessly in your world not realizing the strength you have. The strength you have always had. The strength that comes through your connection with the Divine. This connection rests within your heart and every sentient being here upon this plane has it within and connects with you through this heart center.

Dear One, can you lift the blinders that have prevented you from seeing the truth for so long? Can you realize that part of the reason you are here today is to be of service to this world? And how you can help change this world is very simple. Be of love and only love.

How can you do this? The key is to hold your vibrations high through gratitude, kindness, compassion and forgiveness. Yes, many of you are wounded souls, but there is a path forward from that wounded past and it is the path of love.

Can you cease those activities which bring your energetic vibrations down? The activities which cause you emotional pain. Can you instead listen to music, sing, dance, laugh and immerse yourself in the beauty of the Mother? Can you distance yourself from those who feed off your loving energies and deplete you?

Can you begin your day with gratitude and end it with gratitude? Can you send loving thoughts out to the world, yes, even to those whom you feel unworthy, especially to them. When you feel the fear rising in your belly, stop and focus on your breathing. Breathe in and then breathe out in a long-extended breath, calming yourself. For indeed, have you noticed how often during the day you hold your breath?

This is the time for you to heal old wounds. The vibrational energies of this plane are rising and offering you the most perfect opportunities to release the hold your past has had upon you. You are a divine being, Dear One. A beautiful luminous soul who is perfectly placed with the most perfect gifts to contribute to the healing of this plane.

Oh, can you feel the extreme love that we have for you? Be still, relax into your breath and send all your fears down into the Mother through the soles of your feet. Then draw up her strength through those very soles and allow that strength to mix with your own strength in your heart. It will help awaken what has laid quiet for so very long.

Dear One, you are most precious to us, to the Source and to all enlightened souls and beings who are reaching out to help you move forward. To move forward with the grace which abounds within you. With the love and the strength which is beginning to flow through every cell in your physical body.

You are the answer. You are the source of healing for this world. It begins with healing yourself so that you can share your love with this world. It begins with you, Dear One. Your presence here is more powerful than you realize. You are filled with grace. You are guided by your higher self.

Connect, trust and believe in yourself

Dear One, do not hold yourself back from your power any longer. For it resides within you. And the rising vibrations upon this plane are forging your path ahead of you. The path to walk with your own power awakened. The power of the Divine. The power of connection. The power of change. You are the conduit. You are the vehicle. Accept this truth and trust what you can do through love and connection.

Your heart within stirs with excitement as the Universe is in constant connection with it, urging it to open further. To allow the increasing vibrations upon this plane to guide you forward. This is why you are here at this time, Dear One. And the Universe sings with joy at the possibilities that await this world. The possibilities that come through your awakening.

Feel the quickening of your heart as it answers the call. It has been in conversation with the All throughout your physical lifetime. It is only now that your conscious mind is beginning to understand the purpose of your human existence.

Look back through your life and see how far you have come. How much you have grown. The strength you have found within through the many challenges you have faced and survived. The best is yet to come and it comes because of you.

You are the conduit between heaven and earth. You are now open to receiving much more knowledge than possible in the past. That is due to the rising frequencies and the help of all those who have descended to this earthly plane to guide you.

Fear is no longer necessary for an awakened being, which you are. Love is the only path forward. See past the pettiness of the human nature and look within the hearts of all who cross your path. For within those hearts lies the divine nature which is the source of your power. All will come into this realization in their own time, in their own way.

The spark has been fanned through the love of the Divine to a brilliant flame which is visible across realms. The future is here and it is wondrous. Indeed, have compassion for the suffering that continues to exist here upon this plane. Send loving thoughts and compassionate actions towards those still living in fear.

But also look past and observe the changes that are occurring around you. For indeed, they are occurring and by being acknowledged they will increase in power and strength. Look higher and contribute your own light to the light that is shining brighter every day around this globe.

Change is here. It has arrived and it will grow exponentially with your contributions. This massive explosion of change was not possible in the past. But enough of you have awakened, have accepted the possibility, if not yet the fact, that the power lies within you through your loving connection with the Divine. That Divine which exists within every beating heart upon this physical plane.

Chaos precedes change, always. And understand that the greater the chaos, the closer this plane is to the end result. There is no turning back, for too many have awakened and that is so wondrous to see. Yes, there will be resistance to change. You see it all around you.

But also see the light that exists behind that resistance. So much light. So much love. So much power ready to move this plane forward and upward. You are the cause of this change. You are the reason for the celebrations around the Universe. You are the conduits and you are moving forward much quicker than you realize.

Pay attention. See the synchronicities that will guide you forward. Pause throughout your day to breathe and consciously connect with the Oneness. Remember your dreams and listen for the guidance that is being given to you throughout your day. You are more open, more receptive than ever before.

Know the value of your presence here upon this plane at this time. Accept that and no longer timidly say I am only one person, what can I do? For you can move mountains. You have already begun to do so. Believe and accept this truth, oh Dear Embodiment of the Divine.

The power lies within you

It has always been there

Waiting for this moment in time.

And use it for the highest good.

Much gratitude to all who are participating in the prayer circle. I am not the only one who is feeling the power of this connection of so many hearts focusing on sending love out to this world. And that brings me much joy. I will sit at 9PM EST this evening, Sunday, to join with all who participate. Once again, do it at a time most convenient to you and I’m certain our loving thoughts will still connect.

See love and light shining on every dark corner of this world. However you envision it, be it falling gently or glowing brightly or sending warmth to all in its path. Use the power within your own heart to connect with others with a common focus. Let us envision a better world.

This week I have been praying for all those who go hungry, who are starving, without enough food to survive. I think of those in Afghanistan and the Middle East, in northern Africa, in the Philippines and across this globe. They could be your neighbors who are quietly going to bed hungry.

And I thank you with all of my heart for acknowledging and using the power within to join forces to change this world. Many, many blessings to you.

The Sacred Spiral

Of life.

Surrounds and encompasses Thee

And All of Creation.

Earth, Air, Water, Fire and Light.

Connected as One.

In sync with the beating

Of the Universal Heart.

Rising and expanding

Into Infinity.

Dear One, you are a part of the All. One foot upon this physical plane, a part of Gaia. And one foot in the spiritual realm, connected to the Source and All of the unseen world. Your existence expands beyond your imagination. Your reach touches All of Creation. As All of Creation touches you. Earth, Air, Water, Fire and Light. Always connected in service and in love.

What does this mean for you? It is time to expand your thinking and the manner in which you view life. Close your eyes and connect with the Universal heartbeat pulsing through All of Creation. Like the rhythm of the ocean waves, the song of the wind, the flickering of the fire burning deep within your physical plane.

You are one with all of this. The light within you shines as brightly as that of your sun. The electrical pulses in the sky during your storms bring higher energies to this physical plane. The high winds cleanse the air to allow for new growth after the removal of that which is no longer needed.

All of these elements work together in the sacred spiral of life. Look for it in all aspects of the Mother. As a fern unfurls new growth. Within the shell of a mollusk. Water spouts, hurricanes, dust clouds. Swirling to increase the energies, to send them outward and upward. Encompassing all within reach and beyond.

New growth, new beginnings. Trust that there is forward movement with every breath that you take. The cyclic motion of your breath, in and out. Cleansing and renewing that physical form that houses your very soul.

But that soul is expanding as your awakening continues. It has always reached upward, connected to your higher self, your personal guide through this embodiment. But now the physical form can no longer contain all of your energy as you continue to grow.

Be more aware of this as you move among your fellow travelers upon this physical plane. Physical closeness and touch are no longer required to affect the energies of each other. Many have been aware of this for generations. But the current awakening is allowing more of you to feel the impact of this expansion of your energetic forms.

For this reason, it is important for you to be aware of your thoughts and your words. For as energetic forms they move quicker and further than they may have in the past. Imagining that which you desire is more powerful as you can more easily create the world in which you exist.

Dear One, the sacred spiral of creation builds the energies around you and sends them out into this world and beyond. Be more aware of how you move through this world, how you see and perhaps judge others. Remember that all are a part of you. Be aware of how you can lift another by seeing their heart connected to their higher self.

The energies around you are rising and enveloping you in their sacred spiral. For you are a part of this. You are a sacred part of life. Affected by and affecting all that surrounds you.

Reach out in love.

Offer gratitude

To all the elements

Which make up your world.

You are One with all of them.

Accept the true nature of your existence.

Accept your divinity, your sacred connection

With All of Creation.

Accept that you are indeed

One With All of Thee.

Dear One, can you accept the true essence of who you are? An embodied being of light who has come to be in service to the All. Sharing your light, experiencing life in a physical plane and sharing the lessons learned. You are a wondrous being who has forgotten your true nature. One of love and immeasurable power when used in service to the All.

The challenges that you face only add to the knowledge shared with the collective consciousness. These challenges allow the Oneness to grow exponentially as the All That Is also experiences your life through every breath that you take.

The connection runs in both directions. As the All That Is experiences your life, so too, you are capable of using the power of the love of the Universe to take your next step. You have the choice to move forward in love or in fear.

When you choose love, you are expanding the strength of the cord of connection between you and All of Creation. The pulses of light flow freely and with great speed and carry the power, the strength of the Oneness into your entire being.

When you choose fear, that pulse is dampened by the lowering of the vibrational field around you. The flow of inspiration and power, strength and love, is slowed as the frequencies must be adjusted to match your lower vibration.

Dear One, this is a world of experience beyond that of any other realm available to you for your personal growth. The density of this physical plane provides greater challenges for you in remembering who you truly are. Adjustments are being made to your physical bodies as you sleep to help you raise your own vibrations higher than before.

The timbre of the lessons has been taken to a higher level as the veil has thinned between realms for this current awakening to occur. You are gently being guided forward. And if you allow your heart to open you will feel some relief from the strain of this physical plane.

Allow each inbreath to pull energies simultaneously from above and below into your heart area. And on each outbreath send those same energies outward from your heart through your crown and the soles of your feet. For you, Dear One, are a conduit between worlds and this bellows breath will help you to maintain a better balance as you navigate through your day.

Oh, the wonder, the majesty of the power of all of you doing this breathing exercise in unison! It will help you maintain a better connection and open your heart to the possibilities, the power of love. For love comes not only from above, from the heavens, but also from below, from the Mother, who supports you every day.

Can you begin to change the way you see your presence in this world? Not as a human, separate from all that appears before you. But as an energetic being who vibrates in sync with all of your surroundings. The higher the vibration of this physical plane, the more sensitive you shall become to your surroundings.

Remove yourself from that which makes you uncomfortable. Send loving energies to all who cross your path. And when your mind attempts to bring in negative thoughts, tell it that you choose peace instead.

You are living in a holographic classroom filled with an infinite number of possibilities to learn, to grow and to expand that knowledge out into the Universe.

You, Dear One, have the power to change how you see your world. And your viewpoint will change the vibration of your physical body and your surroundings. Many have done what they could and have chosen to make their transitions to continue their service from another realm. For life is eternal, Dear One. And there is beauty to be shared in every experience.

Choose to see a life of love,

Of power,

Of beauty and joy.

Your connection to the All

For indeed you are

One With All of Thee.

You have become accustomed

To a fast-paced world

Expecting immediate results

And perfection in all aspects

Of your life,

In others and in yourself.

Dear One, as your technology has advanced, so too have your expectations of immediacy of results, of growth and of change. Forgotten are the times of incubation, reflection and anticipation. Just as a seed requires time to mature and grow, so do you and your world. Replace judgment with compassion and patience and feel the stress fall from your shoulders.

There are some mighty lessons upon you now. Can your eyes awaken to the falsehoods of the past? Are you able to sit and breathe rather than scurry in activity? When does the replenishment come when you are constantly active and pushing forward?

You are not in this alone. And because of this, it is necessary to allow for the flow of energies, of experiences to mesh and gel into the future that you crave. Everyone is perfect in their placement and their gifts. But each individual moves forward at their own pace, often at a different speed than your own. This requires patience and trust on your part to allow the web of connection to vibrate at the combined frequencies of the All. Some higher than your frequency, some lower. But all equally important in their contribution to the growth of the All.

Step back from the illusion that you alone can achieve your goals. For each step forward is part of a flow of the movement of many other factions in your life, some seen and some unseen. At this very moment, legions of light beings are descending upon you to help you to move forward. For this is their time to come and join you upon this physical plane. Until now, the environment was not yet ready to receive them.

You are connected to all of creation. You do not take even one step that is not felt by another due to this connection. The air you breathe, the thoughts you think, the emotions you feel, all go out into infinity affecting the energies of many on the way. You are but one cell in the wondrous light body of the Divine. And just as the cells in your physical body have a specific role, so too, you have a specific part to play in this expansion of the Universe. Do not doubt this.

Patience is a trait that when cultivated will bring you peace. For always looking ahead robs you of the joy, the information, the sight of what is occurring in the now. What is the purpose of your hurried pace? Why would you disregard this very moment of life in anticipation of a possible outcome that does not yet exist?

The only time that exists is the now and yet so many discard it in order to dream of a future. Do you not understand that it is what you do in this very moment that provides the blueprint for the future? And when you reach this potential future does it satisfy you enough to stop and enjoy it? Or are you already planning and looking forward to a new future, another dream?

Reflect upon your current state of being and what it is trying to teach you. Patience, compassion, generosity, working together as a unit rather than apart as adversaries. Pause from your dream state and open your eyes and experience the now. Consider the teachable moments during this time of your life.

Dear One, life does not happen TO you, it happens FOR you. This we have told you before. You are children of the Universe with immense power to change your world. But as all children are watched over and guided, so too are you. This life experience is a classroom of exponential capacities to inspire you to grow. But you have free will and will always have the choice of what step to take next on your journey.

Remember that you are not alone on this wondrous path of awakening. There are many before you and many behind you walking the same path. Link arms with them. Allow those ahead to aid your progress. And at the same time reach back to support those who trail behind.

You all are divine beings. You all walk together, connected by your divine conception, on a path home. And if all can work together, the greatest potential will be reached. Dear One, acknowledge the presence of the Divine in all that you see before you. And in all that is unseen before you. Acknowledge the help that is offered to you and do the same for others.

For all are connected

And your future

Is the same future of the All.

Feel the beat

Of the heart of the Universe.

But do you know

What love really is?

A connection to the Divine

And all of Creation.

Dear One, love surrounds you at all times, for all of Creation consists of love. The ‘love’ that you seek is not true love. Often it may be companionship, respect, adoration or trust. But the true essence of love is who you are and from where you have come.

Understand that you were created in love from a spark of the flame of the Divine. The Divine which you call many names, but the Essence of Life Itself. You were not made in the image of the Divine. Dear One, you are a PART of the Divine, an extension of the Eternal Flame of Light. You are Love Incarnate. Reflect upon this.

For you, self-discovery occurs as you gather more experiences here upon this earthly plane. This is how you grow. So too, does the Divine experience more of Itself through you. Yes, indeed, even the Divine expands and grows as you do. For you are not separate from the Divine.

You are connected to All of Creation. Each of you are linked to one another through this common birth, this common thread of existence. Through the Flame, the Essence of the Divine which exists within your heart.

You have a memory of life before incarnation, of a life where you were conscious of the loving connections with the All. And since you have been embodied upon this physical plane, there is a part of you which craves the same existence. And so, you seek to duplicate that memory of Unconditional Love. This is part of the human condition, wishing to be a part of, to be loved and connected. When in truth you ARE. That has never changed. It is just your conscious awareness of this connection that needs to be awakened.

Dear One, love is the connection that already exists between you and the All That Is. You no longer need to seek that which you already have. It is time that you allow yourself to be more aware of the true nature of your existence.

You are One. One with all that you see before you. There is an energetic cord which connects you with all extensions of the Divine. You have just forgotten this, an easy thing to do when embodied in a world which perpetuates the illusion of separateness.

What does this mean for you? That which you do to another, you do to yourself, for all are One. That which you judge of another, you judge of yourself, for all are One. This includes all of creation, animal, mineral, plant and spirit. Dear One, the connection is there, has always been there. And it is time to awaken to this truth.

One is not greater than another. One is not more deserving than another. One is not more loved than another. For all are connected. All are One. Love is not the feeling you seek as much as it is the connection between the All. For when you make that connection, through silence, meditation, beauty, kindness, that feeling you constantly seek emerges from your heart and fills your entire being.

Dear One, the pulse of the Divine runs through your veins and outward to connect you with all that you see before you. The entirety of Creation beats with one cadence. Allow yourself to flow with it and feel the immensity of this love of connection.

Seek no more what you already have. Instead, practice focusing on the connection you have with the Divine. Become aware of the divinity within all you meet, all you see, all that lays before you. Just as you leave a part of yourself in anything you create through art or gardening or writing, so too, has the Divine left a part of the Eternal Flame within you and all of Creation. All connected, all as One.

Close your eyes, be still and allow your consciousness to flow like water with the heartbeat of the All. Begin to understand this loving connection ever present in your life. Feel the pulses of light/love moving between you and all you encounter during your day.

Focus on connecting that flame within your heart to the flame of the Divine, your higher self. And as you become more comfortable with this concept, see others also connected to their higher selves through their hearts. Lift them up in this way and change the way you view this world. Help them to see their own divinity within and connection to All.

Love is all there is

And it has been a part of you

Since your very creation.

It is who you are.

Lift yourself and others up

To spark the memory

Of their true nature.

One of Love.

Dear One, the power is yours to create the world that you wish to see. The world in which you wish to live. Is it a world of fear or a world of love? The choice is yours. Choose wisely for your thoughts are very powerful.

Understand that anything other than love is fear-based. That includes anger, jealousy, dis-respect, judgment and competition when done with avarice or greed. Love is all there is. However, upon this plane of existence, the duality of darkness and light exists. This is to provide you with the greatest opportunities for growth.

The stage is set for your world, though the play has not yet been completed. You have a say in how it ends. You have the power to re-write even as actions are occurring. Yes, every action has its consequence. But you have the power to move the pendulum to a more loving place. The power lies with you.

How can you do this? Imagine drops of light falling from the heavens covering everyone and everything with a brilliance even brighter than a blanket of snow. And as these droplets make contact they burst open to emit a bounty of love in all directions. See this in your mind’s eye. Step back and see your planet covered in a brilliant white light of love and peace. This is within your power.

See the flame of divine light within the hearts of everyone you see, be it in person or through your electronic devices. Then connect that internal flame with the light above, anchoring each person to their own higher self. This is within your power.

Look upon everyone with gratitude for their presence in your life; friends, families and adversaries. For each one has gifted you with a unique lesson only they could provide. Thank them in your mind for what they have brought to you. For many of these lessons were pre-ordained, decided upon prior to your embodiment upon this plane.

Understand that some of the harshest lessons you have come to learn were negotiated first in a higher vibration. And many of them were chosen by you and agreed to be administered by another at your request, out of love for you and your decisions. Even as they knew the challenge they would provide you in this physical existence.

Close your eyes and see the web of connection between you and all of creation. This is why the frequency of your vibration is so important. Like strings on a harp, the vibration of one affects all others to which it is connected. And should you falter and need help, ask and that pulse of love will quickly flow down the filament of light that connects you to the All That Is.

Dear One, remember that the actions of others may be the catalyst for change, the lesson required to encourage you to become more loving. Many are playing the role they were asked to play in this lifetime. Others have forgotten their higher goals and were pulled away due to the perceived opportunities for self. Remember that being in a physical form makes it difficult to remember the connection of the All.

You have the power to do all of this. The love that you send is a powerful antidote for the suffering you see in your world. Pain is often necessary, but suffering is not required for growth. The difference is in how you perceive your life, your world, and your purpose of being here at this time.

And should you catch a glimpse of movement out of the corner of your eye, know that may be a being from beyond who has come to help. Know that you are surrounded by loving beings who are here to lift you up to the highest vibration comfortable for you. This is so you can do your work, in service to this world and beyond. Deep bow of gratitude to you for your presence here at this wondrous time of change and awakening.

Honor yourself and all you see.

See the rain of love falling upon this planet.

Send love with every breath.

Know that you are exactly where you are needed

To fulfill your role in this planetary lesson.

A Personal Message

Call me crazy, but after watching the drama in Washington DC yesterday, listening to all the news reports and reflecting upon what is now occurring here, I feel very honored to be alive at this time, in this country (USA).

Why do I say this? I have been gifted enough to be aware of the guidance that I’ve received over the years from the unseen world. I am aware of the many lessons that have been made available to me, some learned with more grace than others. Some still a work in progress.

And I feel strongly that these past events in my life have led me to where I stand today, with the knowledge, the tools and the connections to take my role in the coming times. These lessons have strengthened me and allowed me to find compassion for others still struggling to find their place in the world.

I have been entrusted with the tasks of doing my part to help with the awakening now occurring on this planet. Me, entrusted with such a responsibility? What an honor!! But haven’t we all, every one of us embodied at this time? Isn’t our mere presence upon this planet, holding ourselves and others up, one of the services we provide?

Though I haven’t been ‘told’ this, I wonder if much of the work that is required at this time has to be done from this physical plane. That’s not to say that there isn’t much activity occurring in the unseen realms to help us. There has been a tremendous shift in energies of late. And I have been graced to be in the presence of legions of arriving light beings coming to this plane to help. This is occurring all over the world.

As a functioning human, I have performed my due diligence by writing to elected officials, tithing money to those in need, and being an ear and support for those in distress. (and I have been the recipient of these same acts of kindness from others over the course of this journey).

As important as I believe these acts are, there are some that carry even more weight. And those are the deeds entrusted to us as we walk this earth.

What I believe is most important is to keep our vibrational energies as high as we can and send loving thoughts and energies out into this world. I don’t understand any possible physics explanations, but I wonder if loving energy coming from embodied souls out to other embodied souls doesn’t carry more weight somehow.

Perhaps it is similar to what is done during warfare, tactical approaches with energies coming from all directions. Except this is love, kindness, and high vibrational support that we are being asked to send out with every breath.

So if you can, step back from the drama, and hold this nation, this beautiful blue planet in love. Lift up all those who live in fear by seeing them in the highest vibration they can comfortably handle. Cease any human pettiness including judgment, blame or disrespect.

Do what you can on a human level to help this planet and all of God’s creatures heal. But don’t forget that your own embodied divinity has been entrusted with holding our vibrations high. A big responsibility of which you are very capable.

As Rumi said in The Milk of Millenia, ‘Conscious decisions and personal memory are much too small a place to live’. Aim higher, Dear Ones. You are capable, you are ready and you have all the guidance and support you need. Just ask.
