With gratitude and joy.

You were filled with awe

As you stepped outside

Into the beauty of nature.

You felt love, and only love

 For every sentient being

In your path.

Dear One, does this seem an impossible way to move through your day? Did you notice that your mind did not engage in any of these actions but only your heart? Is this possible for you to do?

How would your day feel if you minimized the sound of your mind analyzing, documenting, and reminding you of all that must be completed? Do you remember how it felt when you were a child on a path of discovering, seeing, and experiencing new things daily?

What changed? Too many responsibilities and shattered dreams? Yes, Dear One, life is certainly different as an adult. But do you remember how you could not wait to become one so that you could have more power to make your own decisions?

Where is that power now, and how often have you given it to another? When you allow another to make you angry or react negatively toward a new idea to follow the crowd? Have you lost yourself because you feel you should be the same as everyone else?

There have been so many challenges in your life, and there will continue to be challenges until you return home, to Us, to the Source. But, Dear One, reflect upon how you have allowed others to influence how you move through your world, especially at this time when fear is rampant.

Step back and pause. Are you allowing your heart to guide you? It is so crucial at this time to come from your heart. Acts of kindness, compassion, and generosity are needed to help all through these times of change.

Remember that you are connected to your higher self with much knowledge on navigating your life. Remember that loving arms surround you every moment of your day. There is guidance awaiting your call for help. Just ask and then listen for the answers.

The life journey you are on takes you further than from a child to an adult. It also takes you from a soul who could not remember to one who is awakened. That is where you are now. And the awakening is experienced by seeing the world from a different perspective.

No longer can you see yourself as a single soul on a solo journey. Instead, you are part of a collective consciousness sharing information gleaned from a plethora of life experiences across this globe. Add to that the knowledge from above. This is a group effort, Dear One. You are NOT alone. You never were.

The best way to connect is through your heart, through quiet moments when you can acknowledge that you are much more than this physical body that houses your soul. The power within you is aching to come forth to be used for the highest good.

Begin with forgiveness and compassion for yourself. Then extend it to others. Love yourself and allow others to love you as well. The opportunities are endless, and the love is unconditional and eternal. This is the true nature of your life, of your existence.

Trust the connection.

Trust the love.

Ask for help

And know that it is there for you.

Believe in yourself.

Believe in love.

For this is where

Dear One, pause for a moment. Close your eyes and focus on your breath. Let it expand in your lungs and fill your heart center with calming energies. And as you release it, see it filling every cell in your body with love. The luminescence of who you are flows through you and outward to be shared with all around you.

Feel the calm enveloping you, the hope, the love, and the strength of the connection between and among all sentient beings. Feel your feet on the ground, connected to the Mother and her core—a core just like yours, crystalline and luminous, filled with light.

As you breathe, see the light beginning to shine in each of the cells in your body. Then, as more and more begin to shine their brightest, your body fades into the background, overcome by the brilliance of what it contains. Your very essence. Your soul, your inner light.

It is difficult to contain that light as you continue to breathe. For it seeks out other light that shines from all that surrounds you. Suddenly you can see the connection between your light and that of others slowly mixing and flowing with a kaleidoscope of color swirling all around you.

Dear One, you are not your body. You are not your mind. Your true self exists within your heart center that holds an infinite amount of love. Love from the Source, your true beginnings. Love from all the benevolent beings supporting you with their own light and loving intent. You are not your body. You are not alone.

We ask you now to focus more on that light within your heart center and less on the darkness of fear that comes from your mind. Fear was meant only to be a tool to help you see where your faith was lacking. Do not give it more power, for you are stronger than you realize.

During your day, come from love, not fear. When you feel fear, acknowledge it and let it go. Close your eyes, breathe, and see the light from within again filling your body. That which you focus on will gain in power. Focus on love, not fear.

Ask for help. We are here to help you. We honor you for this journey that you have chosen to help the entirety of being. Your presence here upon this physical plane is essential and with purpose. Never doubt that.

Again we tell you that you have unique gifts to help with the growth of the All That Is. The Source is experiencing life through you with all the lessons and permutations you feel. Each of you has more substance, love, and purpose than you realize.

Understand that you are uniquely positioned to share the love that emanates from you with all around you. You are like a beam of light shining into the small dark crevices others cannot reach.

Your experiences give you more understanding and compassion for others who are now trembling with fear. Rather than allowing them to affect you with their fear, share your crystalline core of love with them and help raise them up.

We are supporting you so that you can reach those we cannot reach at this time. So many do not believe in us and fear us. It is through you that we can reach them. You are our conduit for love upon this plane. Do you understand, Dear One, that you are helping us as much as we are helping you?

Brave souls, you have learned from your challenges on this physical plane. And we, who have not been incarnated, learn from you how best to reach out to others. You are star seeds who volunteered to take this role, to be on the front lines as you teach us how best to help others.

And for that, we bless you. We offer you our gratitude and will continue reminding you of who you are. You are One with Us, temporarily housed on this physical plane to help with the expansion of the Universe, for the growth of the All.

Dear One, it is with much joy that we watch the progression on your beautiful planet. As more and more of you awaken to the truth of your existence, that loving energy dissipates across the globe. All are connected, and all respond to the love which you send out from your heart center.

Mother Gaia has patiently waited through millennia as her human charges went through their many growth cycles to reach this current state. She is ready to return to a more natural state and can do so with your help.

All are connected. Never doubt this. Let us explain how the energetic matrix permeates your lives throughout the Universe. Dear One, we have often mentioned how many of you are growing during these times of change and ascension. Times that have been predicted and awaited for many, many years.

What happens here upon this earthly plane affects you and many other realms across the Universe. For this reason, benevolent beings from afar have come to help and guide you through these changing times.

But they can only help with your permission, which is the rule of law. You have free will. The excitement grows as more and more of you open your hearts to the loving connections that have always been there. Just unnoticed by the masses.

That has changed, Dear One, and as more and more of you open your hearts, you allow these loving beings to help. And they are amassing in greater and greater numbers to see you through these challenges.

These beings are more advanced with skills that can accelerate the wondrous changes needed upon this planet. So not only is your awakening changing how you treat the Mother in your daily lives, but it is also allowing higher loving energies to descend upon this planet. Energies that can provide more ease of transition.

All are connected. The alignment of the planets in your sky also affects the energetic vibrations upon your earth. Do not discount the wisdom of the authentic astrologers who study these patterns of change. We have often said that life doesn’t happen TO you; it happens FOR you.

All are connected, and there is a plethora of benevolent beings who are eager to help. And as you continue to evolve, it is easier for them to do so. Mother Gaia knows this. Do not doubt, Dear One, that She also has a consciousness in tune with all that is occurring around Her.

As the chaos increases within the human interactions, the Mother will respond with might. Not to punish but to clear out the negative energies that circle this globe. After a mighty storm, can you not feel the freshness in the air, the clearing of heaviness that had descended upon you?

All are connected, and all are affected by love. All were created in love, and the more who awaken, the easier it will become to accelerate the changes required for this beautiful blue planet.

In the Universe.

Dear One, you have been told before that your true nature is spirit, not physical form. And yet, while you may accept this truth, you continue to move through your life identifying only as a human. We ask you to reflect upon this to help you move forward during these changing times.

You are Consciousness. You currently exist in a physical body composed of individual cells, all with their own consciousness. Just as each soul consciousness is also part of the All That Is, so too with each cell in your body. Individual while part of the Whole with energetic connections throughout your body and the Multiverse.

You are not your physical body. Instead, it is a gift, temporary housing to enable your navigation on this earthly plane, a vehicle that allows you to experience all that is possible here. And yet, you continue to identify only as a body, separate from all other sentient beings.

Many do not like the make or model of the form they are inhabiting. They dislike what they see reflected in the mirror. They cannot see the inner light emanating outward. It is time to cease the focus only on the physical. Can you understand that the energy within affects your physical body?

How often have you seen a glow around someone that draws you near to them? It comes from within. The energy of your Consciousness creates the aura surrounding your body. If you are troubled, do you not pull back, attempting to make the body appear smaller?

How often do you thank the cells in your body for getting you through your day? How closely do you listen to what your body is telling you? When injured or sick, do you send loving thoughts to those parts in distress or fall into despair and fear? Have you considered how often that heart muscle has contracted without fail to this very moment?

Dear One, you are not your body but have a deep, energetic relationship with it. It responds to your energetic frequency. Do you understand how your state of consciousness affects your physical body? Just as your state of consciousness affects the world.

Stress and emotional turmoil affect the delicate balance of your physical state. Your body may be affected when you release old ways of being as you grow emotionally and spiritually. Consider that the physical discomfort you feel is part of letting go of that which no longer serves you. Rather than worrying about pain, bless your body for helping you to release old and stagnant energies within you.

You are not your body, but you are responsible for tending and nurturing it. So thank every cell for what it has done for you this day. If each cell has consciousness, would it not respond to loving thoughts?

Reflect upon these words and relate to your physical body as a conscious entity helping you to navigate this world. It is a part of your existence here upon this plane but separate from you—the paradox of life in a physical world.

There will come a time when you will no longer need it as you prepare for your final transition. Honor and bless this physical form that has housed your soul consciousness to help you grow. Your physical body is not something to be taken for granted. It is a living consciousness separate from you that allows you to experience the beauty of this material world.

Treat it with kindness and gratitude. Care for it as you would a loved one. For indeed, it IS a loved one. Reflect upon these words and adjust how you move through your day.

Choose grace.

How your physical body responds.

Dear One, as an incarnated being, you live under the third-dimensional illusion of time. For a soul whose previous existence was in a realm where time does not exist, this has created impatience in you. You were accustomed to the uniqueness of past, present, and future coexisting simultaneously.

You are living a life where you mistakenly see all as separate rather than as one intricate matrix of being. You have forgotten how situations occurred for the highest good for all concerned. This means that group consciousness overrules singular consciousness, for all are One. The All That Is experiences the results of any occurrence. All are affected, and all are aware of this connection throughout infinity.

Dear One, as you continue to awaken, these memories will return to you, and it will become easier to trust that all will occur in due time. Consider how much relief you will feel knowing that life is happening exactly as it should. Pay attention to how often you push forward and consider that the better course of action is to rest and allow life to unfold.

It is similar to watching a stage performance. All you can view is what is before you. All that occurs behind the curtain, behind the scenes, is not visible. And yet, those activities are integral to the success of the performance you are watching.

So too, in life. Perhaps you wish for something to occur today. When in fact, other necessary elements need to line up before that occurrence can serve the highest purpose for the All That Is. Can you breathe and allow life to unfold for the highest good?

To help you with this, it is essential for you to be mindful of all that is occurring around you. What does your body tell you at this very moment? What do you sense from those close to you, be they intimate friends or strangers you pass on the street? How is the Mother speaking to you in that fashion only She can communicate?

It is time for you to accept that you are a part of all of these souls, these sentient beings who surround you throughout your day. They will be affected by your actions or inactions just as you will be affected by theirs.

This is not to encourage judgment upon yourself or others. Instead, we remind you of these truths to help you better understand the ebb and flow of life here upon this plane of existence and beyond. By becoming more aware of your thoughts and desires and what surrounds you throughout your day, you will begin to see these connections.

What occurs in your life is part of the lesson you requested to learn during this time on this blue planet. But this is just a part of the complexities of your existence here and beyond. Can you trust that as you grow, more and more will be revealed to you, that which you agreed to forget while in this physical form?

Rather than feeling impatience or disappointment, can you feel grateful that all is well in your chosen physical life? What you experience here upon this physical plane is but the smallest fraction of your eternal life.

Learn what you can. Experience all that you can and know that you are serving a purpose for all of humanity, for the All That Is. So, dear One, when you find impatience welling up within, take a breath and pause. Ask for help if needed and relax into the knowledge that you will continue to move forward.

All will occur in the most perfect timeframe here upon this plane. Choose to move forward in grace rather than impatience. See yourself as part of a Whole rather than as a single entity.

How Do You Move Through Your World?

With fear, hesitation, or faith

Are you feeling secure and connected

Or vulnerable and alone?

Dear One, do you respond or react to your world? There is a difference. Do you feel alone without power or support? Are your actions guided by your mind or your heart? Be honest as you assess how you move through your day, your world. And if it does not bring you joy, stop and breathe. Close your eyes, and go to that quiet, sacred space within your heart.

The world in which you live is chaotic and challenging. You are constantly bombarded by information, choices, perceived lack, fear, and judgment. And for those who are awakening, you may be even more sensitive to the currents around you. So is it any surprise that you are uncertain how the day will unfold for you and your loved ones?

Do you understand why you are so often encouraged to breathe? Consider that you hold your breath when you are angry, fearful, or in pain. If you pay attention, you will discover how often you do not breathe during your day.  Notice how you are feeling emotionally when this occurs.

Breath is the gift of life. It connects you to your inner self while providing nutrients to the cells of your physical body. Can you imagine your heart center expanding with love on each in-breath and sending that love throughout your body on the out-breath? Love permeates each cell of your body and then flows outward through your pores to the world around you.

It is your luminescence that flows outward towards others, towards your world. For, Dear One, you are on the path to becoming more luminescent with each passing day. It is time for your journey to continue on a higher level. Though many still have yet to awaken and require more time and support.

Understand that you are capable of much more than you realize. Trust that you were created in love and are filled with and surrounded by love. This is your greatest asset as you struggle to move through the ongoing changes of this world.

Even those who understand these truths sometimes falter when they want just to lie down and rest. But do not judge yourself for these moments of hesitation and exhaustion. You are the courageous ones who chose to embody at this time, for you understood how wondrous it would be. Yet, experiencing these changes while existing in a human form with its vulnerabilities, emotions, and perceived limitations is difficult.

We are here to remind you of what you have forgotten, Dear One. It is time to remember. One of the agreements for incarnating in this realm was forgetting much of the knowledge you had before your physical birth.

But this is now a time for remembrance. So we encourage you to go to that quiet space within and ask for the forgotten knowledge that will help you move forward with grace. Then trust that it will come–not in one grand sweep but slowly, gently, in ways you can accept.

Pay attention to your AHA moments. Pay attention to the synchronicities in your life. And understand that your thoughts are becoming more and more powerful as the ascension continues. This requires more responsibility from you in maintaining care in what you wish for.

Do not despair, Dear One, for all is on track for significant changes in this physical world. A world, which in reality, is a holographic existence. But such an essential piece for the expansion of your Universe and beyond.

You are a star seed come to help humanity rise to a higher level than imagined. It is possible. It is occurring, and it is because of you and your presence here upon this physical plane. Do not doubt that. Cease three-dimensional thinking and open yourself to the expanding opportunities now being offered to your world.

Rest, drink plenty of water, and cease all judgment, be that of others or yourself. Ask for help, call us closer, and live in gratitude and trust that all is as it should be at this moment.

You are our front line, Dear One, becoming stronger and more connected each day. We bow to you. We embrace you with our love. And we support you.

Choose to trust

In yourself and in the All.

You are doing better than expected.

As your world continues to change

Dear One, this place of hope exists within you at all times. It is where you are connected to the whole of Me, the true nature of your very being. Breathe in and out as you begin to feel the embrace of love surrounding you. The love of the All That Is.

There is no need to go anywhere but within to find what you seek. You always carry this truth, this peace, with you as a talisman of joy. It is not anything that you can lose or leave behind. You only need to remember from where you came and where you will return. It is your connection to grace and love.

It is your lifeboat in a sea of uncertainty and chaos. Your safe haven in a world filled with doubt and fear—a place of remembrance and lightness of being. Allow yourself a moment of silence to journey within and feel your energy level, selflessness, and personal power rise to a higher level.

It just takes a moment. Can you feel it?

Dear One, you are better than the best of you, more powerful than your most decisive moment and capable of loving deeper than you have loved in the past. Your potential is unlimited, just as the Universe spreads beyond infinity.

Can you accept these truths about yourself? Close your eyes and allow your energy to merge with the Mother below and the All above. You are the conduit between both worlds and are positioned in the perfect place to do your best service to the world.

Understand that your mere presence makes a difference in the lives of others. Your thoughts can affect your day in how you see your world and in how it responds to you. Stop saying ‘I don’t know’ and trust that the answer is already there, filtering down to your conscious mind from your higher self.

This world is moving into the fifth dimension, a higher state of being, and you are ready to move forward in grace. Ask for help navigating this new way of being, as adjustments will be necessary for how you live your life from this day and beyond.

Do not approach this news with doubt or fear. Instead, feel the joy that you have come this far. You have graduated to the next step in your evolution. Congratulations, Dear One, for the achievements you have already mastered. There are many more in your future.

Can you understand how important your life is for the progress of the All of Life? Do not see this as an overwhelming or egotistical possibility. On the contrary, you are one integral piece of a wondrous grid of light that connects every aspect of the consciousness of the Oneness.

You have your part to play. Refrain from sitting and pondering how or why or what, or where. Instead, trust. Trust that being authentic in who you are every moment of your day is all that is required. The connections you need to make with others will arise spontaneously and with synchronicity. And these connections will support all involved, providing lessons to be learned, necessary support, and opportunities for the next step.

Dear One, remember that life is not happening TO you. It is happening FOR you. And for expanding the consciousness of the All That Is, of which you are a part—a vital part on this physical plane.

Choose hope over despair. Choose love over fear. Choose grace and allow your light to shine through those cracks accrued through living your life. You have come so far. Bravo! Take a bow and continue on this journey, knowing support is always behind you. Always.

Dear One, be not afraid of entering into your natural state, that of light and freedom—an existence without physical pain and suffering. A return to a way of being that has been forgotten while embodied upon this physical plane, purposely forgotten to allow greater personal growth while on this beautiful blue planet.

Be not afraid of the release from your physical form; you do it every night as your body rests. You also do it during meditation or intense concentration, and many will experience it more often during these times of ascension.

We are always here with you and can better interact with you when you are free of your body. During these times, we can more easily guide you forward as you experience the lightness of being.

You are never alone, and we honor you for taking this challenge of life in a heavy form that gives the illusion of separateness. That causes you to forget the oneness of all of creation.

Dear One, this existence present for you now is only one of many different states of existence you have experienced. Therefore, do not take for granted the joys of the senses provided by the physical form. Pay attention to the beauty of the Mother, the fragrances, the sounds, the tastes, and the tactile sensations of physical connections.

There are many different joys in a formless existence, but not those experienced by the physical body. Each lifetime experienced in other planes offers unique joys and challenges as well. We encourage you to live a full life and to say ‘yes’ more often than ‘no.’

Have faith in yourself and your connection with the higher realms. Understand that you have more power than you realize, and ask for guidance in using that power for the highest good. Know that each of you has embodied to learn a specific lesson. Many have embodied to provide lessons for others or to help guide them forward more personally.

The connections you have in your true state still exist while you are here on this plane though they are not as apparent. The love you feel when in your natural state is present now and as powerful. Trust that love and share it with others in person or anonymity. That love will be felt either way as it flows across the energetic fields.

Dear One, be not afraid, for love always surrounds you. Worry not about a perceived loss in this physical world, for once again; we tell you that the power lies in love. Material possessions matter not. Physical placement matters not. Can you have the faith to believe these statements?

Ask for help. Reach out and ask for guidance and support. Allow others to share their love with you and do the same for them. Close your eyes and imagine yourself as a point of light on an infinite grid of loving energy that extends beyond the Universe.

Your life here has a purpose. Never doubt that. Forgive any digressions from a life of love. Forgive yourself and others for those lapses during challenging times. But always return to love, for that is what feeds your very soul.

Embrace your life

As it unfolds for you.

Accept the states of being

With grace and faith

That all is as it should be

For the highest good.

And when the time is here

Soar, Dear One, soar

Into the loving embrace of the All.

Dear One, these holy times begin with the emergence of your sacred selves. Do not fear your future days; they are wondrous, glorious, and filled with potential—the potential of love and the power that it holds within.

Be open and receptive to the guidance that comes your way. Many will choose fear, not wanting to lose their perceived power that, in reality, is nothing. Nothing compared to the power of love within you at this very moment.

Do you have the faith to believe in these words, in yourself, and in your connection to the Oneness, the Source, to God? As many of you celebrate the anniversary of rebirth and renewal in your religious traditions, so too celebrate the love that allowed those transitions to occur—the love for you, Dear One, which has never faltered and never will.

Understand that love is the basis for your existence and inner strength. See others as kindred souls no matter their actions or beliefs. For all are one, and all are loved equally, without judgment. Can you do the same for your fellow man?

Transitions are times of challenge if you allow fear to guide you forward. Choose love and faith instead and see how the path before you becomes smoother with fewer rocks and barriers.

Can you allow the luminosity of who you are to begin to shine through your pores? Can you drop the heavy burdens of struggle and fear from your shoulders, allowing you to stand taller? Can you sing the song of the Universe that plays all around you?

Sit out in nature, close your eyes, and listen. Go within and listen. Disconnect from your mind and allow the notes to flow through your lips and into the ethers. Your song, your voice, and your connection to the chords of love that flow out into the Infinite.

Dear One, we celebrate these times, for you have reached a great milestone that has been the goal for millennia. You have come so very far. Rejoice, celebrate, and give gratitude for the loving guidance that has brought you this far.

You cannot imagine what will be possible in the coming days for the future generations here upon this physical plane. You will no longer be able to hide in the shadows, for your inner light will shine brightly. Many will choose fear. Send them love and understand the power of that love as you continue to move forward.

These are sacred times as more and more of you begin to awaken from your long sleep and emerge from the depths of fear as you allow the light to shine through the wounds you have nursed for so long.

Emerge in all your glory, take a deep breath, and soar higher, higher, higher.

Release the limitations of archaic beliefs, and open your hearts to the possibilities before you. You are ready. The powers of the Universe support you. You are a child of love, capable of loving deeper and stronger than imagined.

Accept your new role

For amidst the darkness

Is Light.

It is everywhere

And it is stronger

Than the heaviness

You may be feeling

At this time.

Dear One, this is a time of transition, and there is much heaviness in your world. And whenever there is approaching change, there is also resistance and fear. But know that within you, there is light, wondrous light. Light that will prevail. Trust in yourself and in the power you have within.

When you feel overwhelmed by the heaviness around you, sit for a moment and go within. Go to that still center in your heart space and ask for help. Focus on loving kindness and breathe it in and out through your heart space. Feel the love embracing, lifting, and supporting you on your journey.

Please know how much you are loved. Feel the power of that love that is around you and within you. Seek out the Mother and listen for Her heartbeat. It is within all living creatures; the birds, the animals, and the plants. It is even within the rocks and the soil. It is within the air that you breathe and comes full circle as you breathe out love, matching the heartbeat of the Mother.

You are One, one with all of this light and strong enough to shine your brilliance into the world, for the world needs you right now. It needs your light and your love. So cease all judgment and allow any fear to wash away as you bathe or walk in the rain. Feel the heat of the sun wrapping you in the love of the celestial beings. For indeed, you are a part of all of the planets and orbs within the Universe and beyond.

A powerful forward motion is leading this beautiful blue planet back into alignment, away from duality and into oneness. Beings from advanced civilizations who have already experienced this transformation are here to help. Ask for it. Whomever you reach out to when you are troubled, be it the Source, God, or the angelic beings, do so. For you have not been forgotten, nor have your struggles been ignored.

Be as gentle with yourself and with others as you can. Before you speak, ask yourself, is it true, is it kind, and is it necessary? The ongoing change and rising vibrations will make your thoughts more powerful. Be observant of what you choose to put out into the ethers. When old struggles surface, acknowledge them, give thanks for what they have taught you, and then release them to the light. Do so in ceremony or prayer. In gratitude.

You are wondrous, and you are a being of light. Remember that during these times of heaviness. Remember that help is there for you. All that is required is a request, and you shall receive it, often from unexpected sources. You are gently guided in ways that do not cause you fear, in ways that do not appear other-worldly, and in ways that you can accept if you keep your heart open and are observant.

Dear One, be at peace with who you are and where you are. Be at peace with the earth’s changes and how those in fear react to the rising vibrations. Understand that everything around you is working in unison for the benefit of this world, even if it does not appear so.

Your light is needed. Please know that the critical mass of those shining their light around this world is what is helping the process of awakening. Do not doubt the power of your light or your love. Step back if you need restorative time to renew. But continue to shine as brightly as you can with our help.

Seek the light

For it is within you

And around you.

Feel its healing powers

And share it with the world.

You are love, you are Light,

You are One With All of Thee.
