Silence

It is the birthplace of ideas

The platform for observation

Both external and internal

It is when your connection with the All

Is the strongest.

Dear One, how often during the day do you allow for silence to engulf you? How often do you cease from speaking and just listen? Listen to your inner voice and the voice of others, too timid to speak.

Your intuition flourishes in times of silence as your connections to your higher powers are allowed to spread their wings.

The world in which you live is filled with stimulation which can encourage you to add to that with your words and with constant activity. But in doing so, is there something that is lost? How can you hear your inner voice speak with all the activity occurring around you? Is it really necessary for you to speak? When was the last time you listened, to others, to the silence?

For it is within those silent moments that the depth of knowledge can be reached. It is within those silent moments that you will begin to notice that which was overlooked in all of the activities around you.

Many of you fear silence or are unaccustomed to its merits. Can you sit with your loved one in mutual silence and feel comfortable? Is just sharing the same space enough for you to show your love? Often these times can be the most intimate. For while there is nothing outwardly occurring, there is always an energetic exchange between you.

Dear One, understand that some of your best work can be done in silence. For this is a time when you can draw from your inner knowledge, your higher self, to produce your most beautiful and sacred creations. It may allow you the opportunity to hear the sacred OM, the universal song, the guidance you need to move forward on your path.

Ask yourself why you require this constant stimulation, either from others or towards others. Is there a lack of self-love which requires you to be in the midst of activity at all times? If so, know that you are loved deeply, not only by the Oneness. But also by the incarnation of the Oneness in all of those who surround you in physical forms. You are loved more than you realize and any doubt comes from within.

Those who love you often do not need anything but your presence in their lives. For they can feel the love emanating from within you. And that love gives them the support that helps them move through their own lives with confidence that someone is there for them.

Do not feel the need to fill the perceived void created by silence. For it is an incredible source of insight and knowledge. Observe and gently encourage the world around you to reveal what it has to say to you. You will learn more than you knew possible in those quiet moments of your life.

Dear One, you are most perfect and loved dearly just as you are. There is no need to entertain or to impress others with your words or actions. Often the most wondrous gift you can give others and yourself is the act of listening. For there is much left unsaid in this active world in which you live. Much that requires the encouragement of silence to be shared with you or with others.

Learn to be comfortable with periods of silence in your day. And if you do not enjoy being alone with your silence, ask yourself why. Why do you require such activity, such stimulation to feel at ease in this world? But, of course, you will need to sit in the silence to receive the insight, the answer to that question.

Know that a slower pace, a quieter environment, a conscious effort to be in silence has many wondrous benefits. You may be surprised to discover all that you have missed before allowing these changes to move into your day.

Dear One, give yourself the gift of silence. It may be exactly what was needed to give you the answers you seek.

You are One

You are connected

The knowledge within will emerge

During those times of quiet.

Give yourself the gift of silence

And see what transpires.

It may surprise you.

Dear One With All of Thee.
