Where is the peace

The calm embrace

That stills your heart

While allowing it to open wide?

Dear One, this life here upon the physical plane is filled with chaos, external and internal. While you may not be able to do much about the external chaos, you can still that inner chaos. And in doing so, calm your world.

It begins with grounding. As you wake each morning, take a few deep breaths and welcome the day. Arms up and wide, lower them around you as you pull down the loving embrace of the universe. Give gratitude for the gentleness of the day ahead, for the inner strength and the beauty around you.

As you look and see, really see, the beauty in all aspects of your life, accept that you are a part of this, you are one with all of this. The beam of light filtering through your window as the dawn awakens. The droplets of water coming from your source, clear and sweet, giving sustenance and hydration to your physical body.


As you begin to move upon awakening, feel the soles of your feet upon the ground, connecting you to the Mother in all of her strength and mass. With each breath that you take, breathe in love from the unseen world, and extend it back out to all on your exhale. Understand that every beat of your heart follows the rhythm of the universe.

It is so easy to feel alone in this physical world as you continue to identify with your outer body rather than your inner essence. Let your mantra become, I am Spirit, I am One, I am Embraced by Love and am a Vessel of Love.

Dear One, allow the calm from above, from within, to settle your fears. For these fears are an illusion created by your Ego. This separateness that you feel is an illusion created by the physical world. But it has been a necessary illusion to encourage your personal growth.

But now is the time to seize the power within and join the All in settling the chaos in your world. It begins with you as you become more aware of who you really are. All things, all situations are impermanent. Remember this as you walk through your day. For those who have brought you love or those who have caused you pain are with you only for a moment in this physical existence.

See, really see. Feel, really feel. Taste and savor. Listen, so that you really hear what is occurring during your day. Focus on each moment, for it will be gone in a breath. Learn from the past and move forward with forgiveness and gratitude for the lesson.

These are but gentle reminders to bring you back to who you really are, to center you within yourself and to calm that chaos you feel in this world. When you feel the chaos building again, bring in more universal love and surround yourself with it. For it is a never-ending love and limitless in its capacity to heal.

Dear One, close your eyes, take a breath and be still for just a moment. Draw on that inner strength, that reservoir of love and know that you can and ARE making a difference in this world.

One step at a time.

    Chaos everywhere….what was the norm, now is not.
    Calm is illusive!!
